Overall loved the house and amenities, but the drive to the beach was a nightmare. Don’t recommend going during the 4th of July! Beach trips are not easy unless you go real early.

The house was beautiful and had plenty of room. The owner provided a lot of extras. It was further from the beach than we expected. Unfortunately, some of the community amenities mentioned in the property description are not available after Labor Day, i.e. large pool and beach shuttle. This information should be provided in the property desciption. We had to pay fees for services which we could not use.

Fantastic vacation home for our family reunion. Everyone in our family group enjoyed this beautiful home, to include the nearby development clubhouse, swimming pools, etc. It's a short drive to Bethany Beach and only a few minutes drive to nearby grocery stores and restaurants. The host / homeowner was extremely responsive and gracious in meeting all our needs; overall a wonderful experience!!
