About this villa rental
SeaScape Villa was completed in early June, 2017, this is our 9th season!
This custom decorated 5 bedroom, 4 ½ bathrooms Villa offers luxurious accommodations with plenty of living space for your family with sleeping accommodations for up to 10. The first-floor features include 10 foot ceilings, arched entryways, dining area to seat up to 12, also comes with a baby high chair, a gourmet kitchen with upgraded granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, two coffee pots (drip and k-cup) there is also a coffee bean grinder, a 4-burner cook top, oven, microwave and gorgeous cabinetry. The home has all new furnishings and luxury bedding throughout the home. Tile flooring and soft carpets adorn the home throughout.
The first floor has two master bedroom suites; the master king bedroom comes with a king bed, a sitting area, HDTV w/Roku for streaming, walk-in-closet, and large private full bathroom with dual vanities, tile shower and flooring. The queen master suite includes a queen bed, HDTV w/Roku for streaming and full bathroom with tiled floor and tub area. Other first floor features include great room with fireplace, 55” Smart 4k TV w/Roku for streaming, Blu-Ray DVD player, and surround sound system. The half bath is located near the front entrance
The first-floor laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer, sink counter space and is located just off the kitchen. Just outside the Great Room, is a large brick patio with table and 6 chairs, 2 lounge chairs, and a five burner gas grill. Just past the large brick patio is a grassy area with plenty of room to play games. This is a great place to sit in the afternoon shade and relax while enjoying a cold beverage after a day at the beach and pool.
The second floor offers a queen bedroom with queen bed and HDTV w/Roku for streaming. The bunk-bedroom comes with a twin over full bunk bed set, a rollout bed under the bunk bed, and HDTV w/Roku for streaming and DVD player; The two bedrooms have their own private access to a Jack and Jill full bathroom with two sinks.
Through the double French doors there is a private den with a daybed that can be configured as either two twin beds or one king bed. The upstairs also opens to a large loft area with a sectional couch that has a full sleeper. The loft also includes a 55” Smart 4k TV w/Roku for streaming, a Blu-Ray DVD player, with sound bar system. There is a fourth full bathroom with twin sinks accessible from the private den next door and upstairs Loft.
Bay Forest offers first class amenities including a world class clubhouse with fitness center, two area outdoor pools one with lazy river, miles of walking and biking trails, a marina for kayaking and canoeing, a free shuttle to Bethany Beach and more!
Rate quotes for seven (7) day week include all taxes, fees, and Housekeeping before and after renting are included in the price when renting for a full week!
There is an additional mandatory fee for use of community facilities which include the 2 pools, lazy river, and fitness center. This fee is $50/person/week for anyone ages five and older (about $7/person each day) + $150 Bay Forest fee for Registration in 2026, These fees are due beginning January 15, 2026.

We are a family of 6 adults and 2 toddlers. The house is wonderful - very spacious and super clean. It is in a community which has plenty of amenities. We couldn't do it all in one week! The location is excellent, about 12 mins bus took us directly there.

This property was absolutely beautiful. Upon arrival, the house was clean and welcoming. The house was as described and very spacious! Evening walks around the community were quiet and stunning. The amenities were in walking distance and provided fun for everyone. The pool areas and gym were also well maintained and very clean! The owner was very friendly and organized in sharing all the information needed for our stay. We highly recommend this property!

Everything about this home was perfect! We felt so welcomed with the “beach home” bottle of wine. The home was spacious and comfortable. We couldn’t think of one thing we needed. The kitchen was well equipped. We never ran out of dishes or glassware. We appreciated the charging stations by both sides of the master bed. There were more than enough extra pillows and blankets. There was enough room for us to eat and gather together. And play charades with the grandchildren! The home was beautifully decorated in soft pastel beach colors. And, three adults and two children worked/schooled remotely during our visit. There were absolutely no hiccups with the WiFi! This was a great place to work and play. We enjoyed the amenities, too. Nature trails, fishing (catch and release), tennis, and two pools, one with a lazy river. It was like staying in a resort.All in all, this was a wonderful home and a wonderful week!
