About this house rental
This large, 2400 sq ft townhouse is ready for your family vacation. The first floor features a one-car garage, Master Suite with king bed, full bathroom and sliding glass door out to a secluded backyard area. The second floor includes a large open kitchen with a table that seats 8. There is a great deck off of the kitchen as well with table and chairs for relaxing. Also on the second floor is a large family area, open to the kitchen. The couch has a queen size sleeper sofa. The third floor has 3 bedrooms. A second Master Bedroom features a King bed, television, plus a very large walk-in closet. There is a an large bathroom with full shower/tub and two sinks. The second bedroom features twin bunk beds and is perfect for younger children. There is a full bath in the hallway. The third bedroom features two full size bunk beds. The community center, pool, dock and boat ramp to White's Creek are a short walk away. Grocery stores, restaurants, and liquor store all within walking distance. Just a short drive to Bethany beach or other Delaware beaches.

The property was really more than we expected. We booked at the last minute really just trying catch a bit of the last bit of summer near the beach. We didn't really know what to expect, but it turned out to be a home away from home for us and very spacious.

We always have such an amazing time when we stay here. The house has plenty of room for our families! We love we can bring our pup too!

Our family loves staying here. It is close to numerous restaurants and you can enjoy Bethany Beach or Indian River with a short drive. The house is big enough for 2 families with 5 kids and different personalities. The best part is we can bring our dog who loves taking naps out on the deck. We love it here and enjoy our vacation every year we come!
