Villa Mona is a beautiful 18th century, 5 bedroom Tuscany villa rental close to Montecatini Terme. The latter is a city famous for its thermal baths. The house is set in a large private park enjoying magnificent views of the ancient village of Montecatini Alto as well as Montecatini Terme itself. The interior of this 5 bedroom Tuscany villa rental has been completely restored and furnished with all the modern 21st comforts and amenities guests could wish for.
The Space:
The space in this 5 bedroom Tuscany villa rental is laid out over two floors.
On the ground floor, there is a living room with large windows that look out over the valley below, a dining area with table seating 10 and a kitchen with fireplace that has doors leading directly out to the gardens. There is also a laundry room as well as two double bedrooms on this floor both with shower rooms. If required, one of these rooms can also be made up as a twin room instead.
On the first floor of this 5 bedroom Tuscany villa rental, there is a second living room with sofa bed as well as three further bedrooms. One of these rooms can be laid out with two singles instead if guests prefer. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. Two of these are equipped with showers whilst the third has both a shower and bath tub.
Outside, there is a private swimming pool (9m x 4m and 1.5 metres deep), open from April to October and surrounded by olive groves and cypress trees. The gardens of this 4 bedroom Tuscany villa rental are south facing making the most of the wonderful sunshine that this region enjoys.
There is plenty to keep the whole family entertained here with satellite TV, table tennis, billiards and table football.

Local tourist taxes are 0.35 euros per person per night and a 600 euro security deposit is also payable in cash locally on arrival. This is fully refunded on departure upon the property being left in satisfactory condition. Electric car charging is possible on request and costs an additional 10 euros per car per night.

It's perfectly placed for exploring wider Tuscany too including Florence (54 km), Lucca (35 km), Volterra (83 km), San Gimignano (67 km), Vinci (20 km), Pisa (58 km), Viareggio (60 km) and Forte dei Marmi (66 km).
The nearest train and bus station is 3 km from the house for those that prefer to travel using public transport.
