Stunning large villa of 340 m², 6 km from Monsummano Terme, a popular health resort known for its wellness treatments, as well as the nearby Montecatini.
The villa is furnished in a modern style, with the elegance of form and color being the top priority. It is also a perfect place for those who want to spend a vacation in total privacy, relaxation and tranquility in the Tuscan countryside, but also want to shop and have transportation nearby. The nearest town Cintolese with shops, supermarkets etc. is only 1.5 km away.
The villa is surrounded by a large, well-tended garden, which is equipped with a pergola for outdoor dining, a barbecue and a living area by the large L-shaped pool (11 x 7 m, with a size of 4 x 5 m).
The villa offers space for up to 13 people on two floors. Ground floor: There are various open areas, divided into a dining area, a well-equipped kitchen (stove, fridge with freezer, oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, blender, toaster, American and espresso machine, ice machine), a living room with sofas and satellite TV and stereo. A double room with satellite TV, private bathroom with shower and access to the garden. A laundry room with washer and dryer, iron and ironing board. A wellness area is also located on the ground floor, with a whirlpool (3.80 x 2.5 m, 1 m deep), sauna, 4 m² Turkish bath, 2 heated wellness loungers and a view of the outside area, 2 changing rooms with toilet, showers and one disabled bathroom, and a fitness room.
First floor: 4 double rooms with satellite TV, all with private bathroom with shower, hairdryer. Three of them have an additional single bed. Another living room with satellite TV: This area can only be reached by elevator from the spa.
Other facilities: WiFi indoors and outdoors, air conditioning in all rooms, heating, alarm system. Large parking lot at the gates, but still on the property. Welcome kit, care line, first aid kit.
