De ligging. Binnen een uur rijden ben je bij Pisa of Florence. Erg rustig gelegen in de heuvels. Mooi uitzicht
De badkamer was erg klein. De douche cabine moet je inklappen om bij de wc te komen. Je zit met je voeten en de douche bak. Ook het matras was erg hard. Helaas weinig keuken servies aanwezig.
