This small 30 m2 house on three levels, made of stone and chestnut wood, has 70 m2 of terraces and exotic wood decking around a charming small pool. It offers a breathtaking view of the Ligurian Apennines. Renovated with passion, fully equipped for a potentially long stay, it has been designed for romantic getaways and yours will be unforgettable. Located on the outskirts of a picturesque village nestled in the hills overlooking the Cinque Terre, bathed in sunlight, this small house for two is an island surrounded by greenery, ideally located to explore the region, which is full of treasures. It combines the charm of chestnut wood and the coolness of stone with modern and design equipment. The space has been optimized. On the ground floor, the fully equipped kitchen opens onto a spectacular terrace where you will have your meals facing the Ligurian Apennines, between nature and the pool, which can be heated in spring or autumn. In the evening, you will be intoxicated by the scents of the forest that it overlooks, comfortably seated in the small outdoor lounge. On the first floor, which you reach via an external staircase, the bedroom with a queen-size bed opens onto a small terrace dedicated to contemplating this sublime landscape. A spiral staircase leads to the second floor, occupied by a beautiful bathroom equipped with a large walk-in shower and a small dressing room.
The classified village is located 5 kilometers as the crow flies and 25 minutes by the winding road from the Cinque Terre, 10 kilometers from La Spezia, where the train or boats depart to visit them without taking the car. You are very close to Lerici, Porto Venere, and the charming small ports and beaches that line this exceptional coast. In the interior, you will discover a multitude of stone villages clinging to the hillsides. No cars circulate in ours and the silence is only disturbed by the singing of birds and the bellowing of deer. This paradise on earth between sea and forest is a haven of peace that will allow you to recharge after your tourist walks or one of the dozens of hikes offered by the mountains, on foot or by bicycle, starting from the village.
