Just one thing tha mirror in the bathroom was too high for short people, so had to stand on a chair to do make up and hair.

Very warm welcome by Gloria, beautiful and clean room with a magnificent view. Such a peaceful and quiet location.

The house is surrounded by incredible serenity and beauty of sea, mountain, nature, olive trees and the view from the room is magnificent. It is more beautiful than in the photos. The family of I Tre Grappoli are kind, warm and generous. Though l stayed for a short time I will remember their kindness for a long time. Only wish it was harvest time, would like the opportunity to see how the farm operates and how the grapes and olives are harvested.
The room is newly renovated, very clean and equipped with all the items you need to prepare a meal. I really appreciate there is heating in the bedroom and separately in the bathroom that you can control. The breakfast is delicious, there’s a generous variety of offerings and Marcia is there to welcome you with a beautiful smile. Hope to return in the future during a different season. Gloria and Marcia, Thank you thousands!

Everything was very clean, the breakfast was delicious, the view from the balcony was amazing, the host (all the family) is very hospitable. Breakfast is served in an amazing garden with an Incredible view. They have pasta, pesto and wine and you can eat dinner in the same wonderful garden. The sunset seen from this location is unforgetable. I hope I will come back with other friends!

Unbelievably kind in finding a garage and liaising with them to get an emergency appointment. In addition, very understanding regarding our very late confirmation of arrival time.

The owners, an Italian couple and their parents, are the sweetest people possible. It’s the southern European hospitality that you’ve been looking for! The rooms were clean and cool thanks to the air conditioning. The breakfast is great and their homemade wine is excellent
The location is a bit remote, but on the other hand that remoteness gives you an amazing feeling of tranquility.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Il Tre Grappoli. The hosts made us feel like part of the family! Absolutely fantastic location with views to die for, far away from other people and noise! The rooms were fantastic: Newly rennovated quiet and private, with everything we needed. Wonderful breakfast with eggs, local cheese and ham, and cake as well as croissant and buns still warm from the oven. We loved every minute at I Tre Grappoli!
The location is phenomenal, far away from tourists, traffic, and noise. This also means not as easily accessible. There are only 4 buses a day, taxi, or hiking as options if you don't have a car. For us well worth it and just something to he aware of for transport as well as lunch/dinner plans.

Beautiful, quiet, off the beaten path property in a small vineyard overlooking the mountainside and seascape. Glorious breakfast and lovely owners / staff. Clean and neat room. Couldn’t have expected a better place for our stay.

Everything was amazing. The view is incredible, thanks to the high location. It is immersed in the nature and you can start the hiking from there. It is not super easy to reach, if not by car, but the rewards is so much worth it. The people are incredibly kind, and the rooms are nice and tide.
Nothing to complain about.

The property/rooms are very quiet and clean, with a stunning view. We had a great time wandering the vineyards. The staff are incredible and extremely helpful. Easy access to one of the major hiking trails just off of the lower lawn area, once you locate it, is a bonus. The breakfast is wonderful with fresh juices, coffee, and homemade breads, and of course, meats, cheeses, and eggs if you so choose. It was just a fantastic place to sit outside and enjoy the surroundings. As a huge bonus, the young lady who runs breakfast, was kind enough to give a lift into La Spezia so that we could catch our train. It was greatly appreciated, thank you!
The only problem we experienced, and I didn't realize this, is that the bus service on the road doesn't start operating until the beginning of April. We were there in early March, so it was necessary to hire a taxi twice from La Spezia. Still, it was only 47 Euro, and the owner was great at giving directions to our drivers.

Very nicely renovated old stone house high above Corniglia in the center of Cinque Terre. Directly next to the hiking trails which are connecting this area with Manarola and Vernazza. Great and peaceful view from the balcony and the outside terrazza. Very friendly hosts which provided great breakfast.

the location with the views was spectacular, the property itself was charming, the staff (it was a family) was fantastic and very friendly
if anything, it was isolated, if you’re not fit enough to walk down to the Cinque Terre towns (about one half hour down to Corniglia and about one hour walk back up to property), then you need to drive to one of the towns and park there.

Very clean. The bedroom was a little small when you added in luggage space, but we made it work. The breakfast and coffee every morning was delicious and a huge bonus to be able to start our day. The breakfast host spoke limited English but she was so very lovely.

The breakfast was really nice, quiet and relaxed with lovely music and a beautiful breakfast room. The food was not overly fancy but served in a great manner.
The location is very far from the hustle and bustle of tourists. If you don't like off the beaten path this is not the place for you but that was exactly what we wanted. It is pretty far from Corniglia, about 20 min. by car or 1 and 1/2 hour walking steeply down hill. We loved it and the owners, especially the Mama are great. Felt extremely welcome in this home stay.
There was nothing about this property that I didn't like.

Lovely family owners made us feel so welcome and provided for all our needs. Despite the language barrier (English-Italian), we had many lively conversations.
The accommodation is superbly fitted and cleaned daily to a high standard. Air conditioning was very effective. We loved the view; the peaceful location away from the noise and crowds of the towns; the access to hiking paths; the outside seating area and magnificent sunsets. The breakfast was excellent and ample for the hungriest of hikers, including fresh fruit, cereal, breads, preserves, cakes, pastries, scrambled eggs and several varieties of ham, all served with cheerful generosity (and of course excellent coffee).
We didn't really want to eat in restaurants for every meal, so we would have appreciated some cooking utensils for preparing the occasional simple meal at the property (which does have a hob). This wasn't a big issue for us so we didn't ask - I have no doubt that all would have been provided had we done so.

The staff was amazing, always available and very nice. The place was pretty cozy, with a reasonable kitchen and a very nice view to the sea. The bed was comfortable and the place overall very welcoming. The breakfast was left on the room everyday, with a broad choice of options to do it.
Not directly their fault but the location is not very good if you don't have a car. The trekking to get to the closest village (Corniglia) is doable, but it takes 40 minutes going down (we didn't try to do it on the way up, but it would be way harder) and don't recommend to do it by night. In terms of transports, there is a bus, but the last one that goes directly to the hotel is at 19h, which can not be comfortable. The taxi from the villages (Riomaggiore and Manarola) to the hotel is usually 35 euros

We had good breakfast and also the room is simply perfect.

It was a lovely room and we really enjoyed the cats on the property. We had a warm welcome and the room was cleaned every day. Breakfast was also restocked every day. Had a great time!
The location is beautiful and quiet, but we underestimated how challenging the walks to the villages were so we had to rely on the car more than we anticipated.

The region, the extraordinary view, the calm, the little cats, the way by foot up to the property in the hill/mountain, and the amazing Dona who took care us so kindly.
Nothing that I can think of.

The hosts are fabulous. Extremely welcoming, friendly and attentive to our needs. The room was spotlessly clean and regularly provided with fresh linen and breakfast provisions. The location is in a quiet place over the terraces of Corniglia with a beautiful view of the bay and a lovely garden where to relax. The place is pet-friendly. My dog had the best time there. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The whole place has been recently renovated so everything is new and in pristine condition. The bathroom is large, with a lovely walk-in shower. We highly recommend it if you are looking for a quiet, relaxing stay with top hosts in an extremely comfortable en-suite room with a small kitchenette as well.
Once you reach Liguria, your GPS may guide you to the most direct road to Corniglia -- that is if you are coming off the A15 motorway -- but also the most inconvenient (small country roads in the woods across the mountains, quite difficult to drive through). It is a much better idea to follow the signs for Cinque Terre on the motorway and keep heading towards La Spezia rather than Genoa (as the GPS indicates). The location is easily reached driving along the panoramic SP51 regional road towards Volastra. I Tre Grappoli can be found on your left, once you have gone past the village of Volastra. Easy peasy.

Quiet and secluded location with direct access to the hiking trail that connects the Cinque Terre. Very courteous and nice hosts. Well equipped and modern rooms. We had a fabulous stay.

A little far from the town but the hike to and from was energizing.

From Luciano's warm welcome and offer to help with the luggage to the last moments of our stay when we hugged and kissed as though we were leaving family behind it was an unforgettable experience in so many ways. The facilities were first rate. Everything appeared as though we were the first to have ever stayed there. The house sits among a vineyard and garden full of homegrown vegetables. There is a small kitchenette and the breakfast fare is in your room for you to enjoy anytime. After a long hike down the mountain and along two of the villages, Gloria picked us up in Corniglia and brought us back to the house. They are simple, wonderful people ready to make your stay a pleasant and memorable one.
Having stayed in a similar B & B setting in Amalfi we arrived expecting a spectacular view from the property of some of Cinque Terre. From the house, there is no view because of the Olive grove and forest on the side of the mountain. If you walk along the driveway though, you can catch a glimpse of the ocean and parts of Manarola. If what you are looking for is a quiet place to sit on the terrace overlooking those postcard views of one of the villages, I Tres Grappoli is not it. Instead, if you want a great place to stay, high on the mountainside with a trail almost running through the property that takes you DOWN EASILY into Corniglia or Manarola or to many of the other trails of the vast trekking network than this place is perfect. Once down in the village, you can take the train or hike back up and over to another village.

Pulizia e cortesia, bagno spazioso, tutto nuovo, silenzioso, angolo cottura super versatile.
