We loved the area and wished we had allocated more time in Cinque Terre during our 4 weeks in Italy!

The view was wonderful and the town is very quaint. We enjoyed our challenging hike to and from Cornelia to Vernazza.

I wish we were told there was a bus available from train station to town before we walked the steps w/luggage. Also, there were two lock boxes near each other so it was confusing as to where to locate the keys. When we called for guidance the staff person spoke almost no English and he scolded us then hung up on us. He then contacted us via whatsapp where he scolded us again for not following instructions (which were obviously confusing). Not a great way to start our stay after a long travel day.

Not a great start but in the end all was great because Corniglia is wonderful !

The flat was lovely and the view amazing

There was a problem at the start because we were sent the instructions for another flat that was not the one we had booked. We managed to solve it after 45 minutes but the guy on the phone was rude and unapologetic. The bed was made for 2 but not for the children on the sofa (which is the rule in Italy) but we struggled to find sheets and appropriate bedding. And to find out how the sofa functioned.

Very good.

The apartment is simple but well equipped to cover your needs during your stay. Its comfortable, well illuminated and the view is stunningly beautiful. At the end, there was a parking available for our car inside the building, which was very helpful since parking in the area can be a bit difficult!

Check in was not the easiest - the person that checked us in did not seem to have the information very clear (security codes, apartment info, etc). Just a small comment, for the rest everything was perfect.

Fantastic accommodation for 2 people. Amazing view, excellent facilities especially the garage and the lift.

Luckily the garage door opener was in the lock box as the keys didn’t open the garage or the main entry of the building.

Great location, helpful staff, beautiful view!

We liked the little thoughtful things like the Brita water container in the fridge, the lamps next to the bed that have a wireless charging pad and things like coat and shoe racks.

Manque de communication

La situation du logement et la vue magnifique correspondent aux photos.

Aucun échange physique avec l'hôte pour solutionner les problèmes. Pas de wi-fi durant toute la durée du séjour et donc pas de télé ni de possibilité d'utiliser mon PC. Sur les 3 clés du trousseau, une seule fonctionnait , les 2 autres n'ouvraient rien. Nous étions obligés de rentrer et sortir par le garage car pas de clé pour la porte de l'immeuble. Mes nombreux messages de plaintes sont restés sans solution. De plus, plusieurs ampoules ne fonctionnaient pas. Un sérieux check-up des équipements serait nécessaire.

Séjour au top !

La vue est magnifique ainsi que le calme du quartier. Les moustiquaires aux fenêtres et le parking en souterrain sont un véritable plus.

Malgré des ventilateurs au plafond et une machine à air conditionnée une climatisation serait nécessaire.
