Ottima la posizione e la pulizia. Bellissimo appartamento con terrazzino dove poter mangiare e rilassarsi all'aria aperta. Lo staff anche se non presente, è sempre disponibile e pronto a rispondere ad ogni esigenza.
Le scale per arrivare all'appartamento non sono proprio adatte a tutti. I prodotti per il bagno non erano sufficienti per tutte le persone prenotate.

Die Dachterrasse ist aussergewöhnlich und vielfältig nutzbar. Die Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet, die Küche mit dem Wichtigsten ausgestattet (es fehlte ein Tuch zum Geschirrtrocknen). Gute Klimaanlage. Die Lage der Wohnung inmitten der Hauptgasse ist perfekt (und trotzdem ruhig).
Information bezüglich der Parkplätze. Die Empfehlung lautete, das Auto in La Spezia zu lassen und mit dem Zug anzureisen. Es hätte aber genügend freie Parkplätze in Gehdistanz zur Wohnung gehabt.
