Small, cozy and very original apartment with great location, perfect to taste Corniglia's atmosphere

Excellent host, very collaborative and helpful, available all the time. Great central location with everything super close. Very original apartment which high and narrow over three floors, but very well structured to make the best use of the space and to make it comfortable and cozy with nice sea style details. The sleeping area on the top is small, but very nice as it seems to sleep in a boat. And great the view. Wonderful also to have a private equipped terrace to spend time in the evening /night when everything in Corniglia sleeps.

The structure of the apartment may not be convenient for everyone, given that there are three floors and narrow stairs to climb. No light in the terrace (probably broken). All anyway was great the darkness!

Wonderful views!

Very nice apartment with gorgeous views from the terrace. We thought the beds were comfortable too. Location is very good and there are many shops and restaurants nearby.

The only thing that would’ve been nice to have maybe is a kettle to boil water.

Bella Casa.

Location and view were fabulous. Cute place. Loved being able to sit out on the terrace with a glass of wine and watch the sunset and order cocktails/food from the restaurant right next door. The bedroom is up 1.5 flights on a narrow spiral staircase which adds to the uniqueness and charm but might not be great if you have small kids.

Only issue was some sort of air purifier thing in the upstairs bedroom (not the heater) that kept turning on and off literally every 2 minutes which made it impossible to sleep! I'm sure the owners maybe are not aware of this and hopefully will fix for the next guest. One other thing was I specifically picked this site after using the booking.com filter for "has parking" I imagined this meant parking at the house location, as we were driving there. This is not the case. The Casita Rossa is located in the historic district up a tiny street so there is no direct parking. There is only the main parking just outside of town and first come first served. But this, I think is basically the case for most all of Corniglia. It all worked out fine as it was a short 5-10 minute walk from the parking to the unit and we didn't have much luggage. But if you have lots of luggage you should just be aware.

Cosy, comfortable and romantic house on the cliff side.

The loveliest little house on a cliff side with view to the sea, very cosy, very romantic. Close to the end of the path towards the view point in Corniglia. The house is split between three floors, kitchen/living room on ground floor, WC/ shower and terrace on the first floor and double bed on the 2nd floor. The stairs leading down to the entrance as well as the staircase in the flat are quite steep so something to keep in mind in case of mobility issues. Very comfortable bed. Cookware is also available. There is a bar/cafe next to the casetta so the music is audible in the flat from morning to night, but it was good music and not super loud, it didn’t bother us - if you’re a light sleeper bring earplugs.

No complaints, we enjoyed our stay a lot. Maybe it would be great if a plug-in mosquito repellant is available in the bedroom, because even though there is a mosquito net on the bedroom window, the terrace door underneath doesn’t have one so the mosquitos still found their way to the bedroom :D

Enjoyable stay in a very interesting part of Italy. We will definitely be returning.

The location was beautiful and we appreciated the terrace overlooking the sea and the patio area. The apartment was nicely decorated and had the basics of evertyhing we needed.

The checking in process took a bit longer than we would have liked. There was no door number so it was hard to find. It might have been easier if there was a door number or if we were told "green door in the right". Also, we would have appreciated a bottle of water in the fridge after the uphill climb.

Superb

Great location - Corniglia was the only town in Cinque Terrre that's not completely overrun by a crowd of tourists, so we're very glad to have stayed there. The location within town is also great. The view of the sea from the terraces (yes, two terraces!) was fantastic.

The kitchen downstairs was a bit musky, which wasn't a big issue, as we had our meals and spent our time on the terrace(s).

Really great stay.

The flat is really great. The view from the terrace is unique, especially when the sun goes down. The flat itself has everything you need. You live right in the heart of Corniglia and can stroll through the streets in the evening when the many day trippers are gone, eat an ice cream and let the day end. The only thing that is difficult is to find a parking space for those who come by car or you have to pay dearly for it.

Wonderful Apartament and view

The view is wonderful and the apartament is very clean. The entrance is right next to a restaurant/cafè, wich is a good thing because you can order directly from the balcony. There is a perfect balcony with a private table where you can have launch or dinner; very romantic and fun. Few misurderstanding with the landlord at first but after everything gone well!

It's on 2 floors with very tight stairs. Parking is not so simple but just if you are travelling by car. For 2 wheels everything is simplier

Good place to stay and visit la Cinque Terre.

This apartment is with a perfect sea view so if you want to have the feeling of 5Terre then this is the place for you. The little bar next door is just awesome, such good vibes. You can even order your breakfast/lunch/dinner to your private balcony. Don't miss to have your evening drink from them while admiring the sunset from your own private terrace. For us everything was perfect and comfortable.

The host was really kind and explained everything but it would have been nice to be more flexible about our arriving time. She was a little bit stressing and the address was not easy to find without the exact street number.

posizione e comunicazione con la struttura ottime

la temperatura della casa è difficilmente gestibile poiché è su più livelli: al piano della camera c’è molto caldo, in bagno e nel piano dell’ingresso c’era freddo anche con il condizionatore caldo acceso. inoltre noi avevamo una bimba neonata e le scale sono risultate scomodissime( portare al piano della camera la navicella è stata un’impresa ed in camera non ci stava, abbiamo dormito con la navicella sul letto)

Corniglia est magnifique, et la vue est plus qu’exceptionnelle à la Casetta rossa ! On oublie tout et on y resterait… merci à Cristina pour sa réactivité et sa gentillesse !! On a laissé notre voiture 3 jours à Monterosso, pour prendre le train, la solution idéale !

Pour nous rien, même les plus de 300 marches à descendre, bagages aux mains étaient easy…!
