Schöne Lage mit Ausblick

Sehr schöne Lage mitten in Corniglia. Wir haben vorab alle relevanten Informationen zur Anreise und zum Check-in erhalten. Check-in erfolgt in der Bar direkt gegenüber. Hier ist auch das Frühstück oder bei gutem Wetter auf der Terasse der Bar mit Meerblick. Zum Frühstück kann man aus einer kleinen Karten auswählen. Unser Zimmer war groß und hatte einen Balkon mit schöner Aussicht auf das Tal und das Meer.

Die Dusche im Bad ist leider sehr klein und die Türe zum Bad ist eine Falttür aus Holz, was etwas umständlich zum Öffnen und Schließen war.

Séjour super agréable.

L’emplacement, la vue, le calme la nuit, le confort de la chambre, le balcon, les lits sont bien et la chambre est bien décoré.

Le petit déjeuner n’est pas très copieux et le choix est restreint (il est indiqué sur une carte et on doit choisir). Par contre il est servi en terrasse avec une belle vue. C’est un peu dommage car tout le reste est sympa.

Veldig hyggelig lite overnattingssted i tilknytning til en bar i Corniglia. Bodde helt øverst i bygget i et enkeltrom med balkong med fantastisk utsikt over sjøen og fjellene som omkranser Corniglia. Stille og rolig om kvelden. Air condition på rommet. Hyggelig personale. Frokost som du velger fra meny er inkludert i prisen. Mye verdi for pengene.

Vraiment un très agréable séjour

Chambre confortable et spacieuse avec une jolie vue et une petite terrasse sur la mer. Situation très agréable et très pratique dans le sympathique village de Corniglia. Accueil très convivial et personnel vraiment gentil et aidant.

Douche équipée pour des petits ou moyens formats. Corniglia nécessite de monter plus de 300 marches depuis la station de train. Il existe bien une navette mais ses conditions d'accès sont à découvrir en arrivant.

Great! Surprisingly better than expected in a touristy area.

The location was perfect - right in the middle of Corniglia and the view from the room was great! The room itself was actually a lot larger than expected and there was more than enough space for our family of 4.

The breakfast was pretty minimal but it was functional.

As a single traveler that just wanted a comfortable, clean place to sleep, I would highly recommend.

Room was very basic, but clean, bed comfortable, and nice balcony with partial ocean view. Breakfast had options and staff were very nice. My room was a single/twin and definitely only appropriate for one. Small big sufficient.

Directions for arrival were confusing. I didn’t catch that I needed to go to the restaurant to get the key. Frustrating after a long day. Also, the “stink bugs” ( not sure what you call them here) in the room would have creeped out unknown travelers. I am familiar with them so not concerned, but finding a few of them on my bed/in the room may not bode well for others.

I hope to visit beautiful Corniglia again and stay in iL Magan in my same ocean view room.

The room and bathroom were updated and clean. Very nice floors. The space was very well organized for a small space. It fit all my belongings perfectly. The bed was very comfortable and the balcony has a nice view of the sea. I loved how the new glass door could open for access to the balcony or tilt open as a window to allow the fresh sea air come in. The included breakfast is delicious and served on a patio with amazing views of the sea. Corniglia is amazing and Il Magan is so nice. My room was perfect for a solo traveler. I would definitely stay here again!

A set of hooks in the bedroom would be helpful. Having a place to hold luggage before and after checkout would also be very helpful. A small fold out bedside table would be nice. I used a fold up cube that I travel with. But there’s nothing I did not like about il Magan.

The area was nice and quiet as I believe Corniglia is one of the lesser visited towns in Cinque Terre. The room has everything I needed for a 1 night stay. The staff were friendly too

Fabulous stay in historical Corniglia - highly recommend this hotel

Fabulous views of the Cinque Terra coastline from our room and the hotel restaurant. Good central location close to restaurants yet very quiet. Loved the quaint historical atmosphere of the hotel which was typical of Corniglia. Breakfast was substantial and served with a fabulous view of the hillside and ocean. Staff were friendly and attentive. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend the hotel. Beware luggage has to be carried to the hotel from the bus stop for about 300m over cobblestones so avoid heavy or bulky luggage.

Loved my stay here! Had an incredible view from my room with a balcony. The bar attached, La Scuna, had amazing food and offered local wine tastings. Really wish I could have stayed here more than one night.

The view was amazing and the location was great; quiet but everything accessible. Staff were helpful and friendly and the breakfast was great. All you could wish for.

The air conditioning unit dripped incessantly when it was on and the water had to be emptied daily by the cleaner. Also there was no hot water for the shower - it occasionally got to warm but was mostly cold. Great on a hot day 'though!

Fantastic stay

Il Magan is in the best of the Cinque Terre villages. The family who run it are super welcoming. The rooms have the most stunning views over the hills and sea and they include a great breakfast from the beautiful sea terrace. It's a fab place to stay with lovely hospitality.
