About this villa rental
Immersed in the typical countryside of 'Ligurian hinterland you'll find yourself in an oasis of relaxation, silence and privacy despite being only a few kilometers from the famous and crowded Cinque Terre or the city of La Spezia.
The recently renovated house is spread over two floors, connected by a spiral staircase, covering an area of about 75 square meters. On the ground floor there is the kitchen (with dishwasher), the pantry with washing machine, the living room with television and sofa bed and the first bathroom with bath and shower. On the first floor there is a second bathroom, a walk-in closet and a bedroom with a balcony.
The house and 'also has a large porch where there is a further dining area with table and chairs and a relaxation area with sofa and armchairs. In the same area, and 'mind the barbecue to cook and eat outside.
The house 'with dishwasher, washing machine, television, DVD player, wi-fi internet, and volumetric alarm and access.
The property includes a park of about 4000 SQUARE METERS completely fenced (ideal for pets). The private parking is within the park and is accessed via electric gate with remote control. If you are a motorcyclist, there is the possibility to park under cover. ATTENTION: the check-in is from 17.30 to 22.00 while the check-out is before 10.00 am, unless otherwise agreed.

The property was even beyter than described. Like a boutique hotel, the attention to detail showed that Simone really wanted her guests to have a fabulous time- and we did!

We’ve had a great holiday at the house in Memola, Beverino. We(2 persons) stayed there for 14 days and it was fantastic. Very nice people and welcome at the day of arrival, very good contact about everything, the house very clean and everything you need present.
The house has a parkgarden with beautiful plants and flowers. We’ve visited several places in the neighbourhood, of course Cinqe Terre, beaches, Lucca and other places. After a day out to the beautiful touristic but busy places it’s so great and calming to come tot this fantastic house, sit at the porch and enjoy the garden, silence and birds etc. Really a house to come back to and recommend to others. Thanks very much for a beautiful stay.

We spent a wonderful week in Simona and Alessandro's house. Ideally placed between Levanto and La Spezia, the house provided a relaxing place between hicks in the 5 Terre.

We stayed in Memola for a total of over 2 weeks. it is a very nice house with a huge lot in a very quiet area. the shopping market in Brugnato is only 10 minutes away by car and it is also only half an hour to the larger town of La Spezia, from where you can get everywhere and do a lot.
the house has all the necessary things and you don't miss anything.
the property is super fenced and a dream when visiting with dogs.
the hosts Simona and Alessandro are very nice and very helpful, we felt very comfortable here and were able to relax very well.
Wir waren insgesamt über 2 Wochen in Memola. Es ist ein sehr tolles Haus mit einem riesigen Grundstück in einer sehr ruhigen Umgebung. Der Einkaufsmarkt in Brugnato ist nur 10 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt und bis in die größere Stadt La Spezia ist es auch nur eine halbe Stunde, von wo aus man überall hinkommt und vieles unternehmen kann.
Das Haus verfügt über alle notwendigen Sachen und man vermisst nichts.
Das Grundstück ist super eingezäunt und bei einem Besuch mit Hunden ein Traum.
Die Gastgeber Simona und Alessandro sind sehr nett und sehr sehr hilfsbereit, wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten toll entspannen.
