Apartment located in a medieval village in the hills at 400 mt s. l.m with public parking in the square, can accommodate up to 4 people plus a 1 but with direct agreements with the owner because the fifth bed is foldable but the price remains unchanged. Barbecue in the wood-burning or charcoal garden (wood supplied included in the price), a small bar for private use, a large garden and a terrace with an independent exit from all the rooms. We provide hand and shower towels for all occupants, TV in the living room and bedroom, kitchen, washing machine, cleaning service only at the beginning and end of the contract, public shuttle service from Tivegna to Piano di Follo (SP). Tivegna easy to reach because near the motorway junction and close to the five Ligurian lands. First aid can be reached in 15 minutes in Piano di Follo and hospital in La Spezia, eurospin 15 minutes by car, about 30 minutes to reach the beaches and seaside resorts such as Marina di Sarzana. Mobile telephony the best is Wind with signal almost all over the country.
