POINT B EXCLUSIVE - Sited on the Edgartown Great Pond's serene Wintucket Cove, this beautifully built compound offers luxurious living surrounded by a beautiful and natural setting. There is a three-bedroom Main House and one-bedroom detached suite, plus a new pool and pool house for summer 2025.
The Main House features a dramatic Great Room with a full wall of windows that maximize the stunning water views -- plus a wood-burning fireplace set into a full wall of hand-cut fieldstone with recessed shelves. The vaulted ceilings are highlighted with antique rough-hewn beams and other stylish details include random width/length White Oak hardwood floors, custom wainscoting, Nickle Gap paneling, oil rubbed bronze hardware . . . all creating a truly beautiful aesthetic.
The Cook's Kitchen features a center island with ample counter seating, stone countertops, and stainless appliances, pantry, plus a separate Dining and Lounge Area nearby with custom built-ins. The Great Room opens out to a spacious covered porch plus a large screened porch with sofa seating, dining table, and large stone fireplace -- perfect for alfresco summer meals and relaxing days enjoying the spectacular setting and views.
