This luxurious home is ideal for your family getaway! It is conveniently located between Edgartown Village & South Beach, and just steps to the bike path. Recently renovated and outfitted with brand new furnishings, this home features a coastal-inspired palette and top-notch details throughout. This home offers fabulous outdoor space with a large heated pool, private balconies, an expansive deck for outdoor dining & relaxing, and manicured lawns. There is also a pool house which provides additional space to hang out.
Inside one will find luxury accommodations and comfort. The first floor has a spacious living room with vaulted ceilings, an adjacent dining area, a newly renovated chef's kitchen, and a spacious primary bedroom + private full bathroom. There is also a half bathroom on this floor. The second floor has three bedrooms, one of which is an ensuite bedroom with a private balcony. The third floor has a spacious bedroom suite with sitting area & private balcony overviewing the manicured grounds / pool. There is a spacious sixth bedroom over the garage with air condition. The garage has an additional dryer. There is an outdoor shower. Kid's bungalow w/ TV, fridge, games, etc.

This is the perfect vacation home - it's spacious, updated, and has a great pool. Steve and Craig were super helpful from start to finish. The location is amazing - easy to bike to South Beach and to town. I just wish we could have stayed longer.

Having spent two weeks at 15 Katama Drive I can highly recommend this lovely home for a vacation rental. The house and surrounding grounds including big yard, patio, pool, hot tub etc. are beautifully maintained. The house is well stocked with everything you could possibly need and it is beyond comfortable and cozy. The location is perfect as it is near Edgartown, the bike path and beach and the setting is quiet and peaceful. Homeowner Steve Church is a pleasure to work with and both he and his "right hand man" Craig are always available to take care of any questions or needs that pop up. To sum it up, this place is pretty perfect!
