POINT B EXCLUSIVE - This recently built modern Farmhouse is designed around indoor-outdoor living, with open living space inside, that connects through a wall of glass doors to the outdoor living space, which includes a covered portico with outdoor Living Room, and pool area with heated pool, and bluestone patio.

The first floor features an open layout with Living, Dining, and Kitchen Areas. The Living Area has vaulted ceiling, fireplace, media center, sectional seating, and a second-floor balcony loft overlook. The Dining Area has a sunny nook with three sides of glass windows that look out over the pool and backyard. The open Chef Kitchen has a large center prep island/breakfast bar, commercial stainless appliances, and marble counters. The home has been decorated with stylish furnishing throughout.
All the Bedrooms have en suite baths with marble vanities. The deluxe Primary Bedroom, plus a second Bedroom Suite are on the first floor. The two other Bedrooms are upstairs. There is a Sonos Sound System in the Kitchen, Dining, and Living Areas.
The outdoor space is centered around the 36-by-18-foot pool with its stone patio. There are sunny lounge, dining, and grilling areas, plus the covered portico, with its outdoor living room with sofa and chair seating. The house is located in a quiet Katama neighborhood that is about two and a half miles from South Beach, and a mile and a half from downtown Edgartown. The bike path is nearby.
NOTE: The Pool is heated to 81 degrees from end of June to beginning of September and is included in the rental rate. During other times in June or September, pool heated to 81 degrees is an additional $350/week. Please inquire.
SUMMER 2026: While most of the season is a Saturday turnover, 6/28/26 - 7/5/26 and 7/5/26 - 7/12/26 are a Sunday turnover.

The property is new, clean, beautifully and thoughtfully appointed and well amenitized. It gave boutique hotel vibes. I unreservedly recommend and absolutely will stay again!
