Breakfast was good, with plenty of choice. The hotel is within easy walking distance of Gare du Nord for the Eurostar, and the staff were helpful throughout. The spa was a real plus. The heated pool was well done and felt like a proper feature of the hotel.
The main guest lift was out of service. However, the back-up goods lift remained operational, and the management team were very attentive throughout. Particular thanks to Estelle.

Hotel staff were very nice, friendly and professional. Rooms are very clean and modern. Also great location, 3 min walk to the nearest station.
Rooms are quite small and lack basic ammenities, e.g. no mini fridge. When we went it was 30 degrees plus in Paris, so this made our trip inconvenient. There is also very little bathroom space to put personal items which was a let down.
