The location was great. We needed low cost hotel and this one met all our needs
The stairs were limiting for arthritic legs. They were beautiful spiral staircases.

I had a good stay at this hotel. In particular the receptionist (Mounir) was very helpful and friendly. I had a early morning checkout, and he went out of his way to serve me breakfast before leaving. Great experience.

Position, price - absolutely a boner for Paris these days. If you have no high expectation and you only need a bed to sleep, this hotel is ideal.
Breakfast was disgraceful. It should run from 0700 to 1030, I arrived at 0705 and nothing there. I had to wait until 0730ish until the guy at the reception decided to wake up and start serving, reluctantly. Selection was very reduced, pastries literally handed on the plate and worst coffee ever. No value for money, simply avoid paying for it.

the location was perfect, the room a bit too mmm for 100 euro
old structure, not super super clean, great position though, and the staff was super nice.
