Great communication. We were in a nice quiet area, not too far from the CBD. Nice to have a few bits of groceries ready for us - eggs, milk, bread, juice, etc. very thoughtful

Very clean and comfortable, the groceries that were left for us were much appreciated (bread, milk, coffee, tea, milk and washing tabs) and meant we didn't have to find a local shop when we first arrived. The location is excellent, a short walk from the centre but quiet. The notes and brochures were really useful. The WiFi is fast

Having the washing machine was great but there was no obvious way to dry the clothes, no (working) plug for the bath, there is a street light directly outside a bedroom window

Could have been a bit closer to town center for this senior, but I managed! Always took a taxi back as it was an uphill climb!

perhaps leave 2 keys - so we accidentally assumed the other had the key and we locked ourselves out!

Fantastic home for home while my family and I were in Inverness for the Lock Ness marathon. Donna and Tom have thought of everything you might forget to make your stay as stress free as possible. Honestly, one of the cleanest places I've ever stayed and I loved all the wee Scottish touches. It was the icing on the cake for marathon weekend having somewhere so lovely to stay. Really quite area, yet within walking distance to town. Wee gem of a place and would most definitely book again if we're ever back in Inverness.
