This place was so amazing! Great location, Calm and quiet area but in city centre. Super nice host! Everything was new, fresh and clean. Bed was super, slept better than ever, even woke up with a good hairday :D
Super good showers with hot water. Kitchen got everything you need. We could stay here forever!
The entrance from the street was not the prettiest, but dont let that fool you because when you get in to the apartment everything is perfect and beautiful!
Appartamento recentemente ristrutturato e molto curato, posizione strategica all’interno delle Mura di Lucca, con comodo parcheggio a pochi minuti di distanza. Pulizia e comfort al di sopra delle aspettative, in contesto estremamente tranquillo e silenzioso.
Ottimi i consigli di Silvia per aperitivo e cena, davvero non era possibile chiedere di più 🙂

Devo purtroppo esprimere una forte contestazione rispetto a questa struttura. Leggendo le recensioni precedenti mi aspettavo un livello di accoglienza e di qualità decisamente superiore, ma la realtà riscontrata è stata ben diversa.
L’appartamento, pur essendo stato ristrutturato di recente e apparendo all’inizio ordinato, rivela subito delle carenze gravi. La pulizia è solo superficiale: nel letto contenitore ho trovato capelli ed altro, chiaro segnale di un controllo inesistente. Un dettaglio che, da solo, basterebbe a far dubitare dell’affidabilità del servizio.
Ma ciò che lascia davvero senza parole è lo stabile in cui si trova l’alloggio. L’ingresso e il corpo scala sono in condizioni a dir poco indecenti: sporco diffuso, odori sgradevoli e un livello di incuria che non dovrebbe in alcun modo essere compatibile con un’attività ricettiva. Non si tratta di una piccola imperfezione: è la prima impressione che un ospite riceve ed è totalmente negativa.
Le scale, strette, ripide e faticose da percorrere, portano a un appartamento al secondo piano senza ascensore. Questo dettaglio non è stato minimamente evidenziato nell’annuncio. Se fossero arrivate persone anziane o con ridotta mobilità, sarebbe stato un problema serio. Parlare di accoglienza e ospitalità in queste condizioni suona quasi paradossale.
Come se non bastasse, nella doccia era stato collocato un tappetino per impedire il ritorno della puzza di fogna. Un espediente improvvisato, quasi incredibile da trovare in una struttura turistica: più che una soluzione, un sintomo evidente di un problema strutturale non affrontato.
Con tutto il rispetto per le opinioni altrui, non comprendo come altri utenti possano definire questa struttura “eccellente”. La discrepanza tra la mia esperienza e le recensioni entusiastiche è tale da lasciare perplessi.
In sintesi, si tratta di un’esperienza al limite della decenza, che non riflette minimamente gli standard minimi di qualità, pulizia e trasparenza che ci si aspetta.

L'alloggio perfetto a Lucca
Struttura situata in centro, ideale per visitare la città a piedi. Silenziosa e vicina ad un grande parcheggio appena fuori dalle mura urbane.
L’appartamento è pulito e confortevole, la cucina ben attrezzata anche per lunghi soggiorni.
Molto apprezzata la gentilezza della proprietaria che ci ha dato anche parecchi consigli su luoghi e ristoranti. Super consigliato!

Veldig sentralt
Veldig fuktig på badene, slik at ingen ting tørket. Det hadde hvert bedre med egen varmekilde på badene, enn felles med varme med resten av leiligheten som vi ikke vi kunne styre. Med til dels mye regn, ble dette et problem
