It served our purpose on this occasion but we wouldn’t stay again.

Everything was there that you might need and it was very clean, especially the bathroom though there was a large stain on the couch in the living room. The bed was comfy but the boiler is in the bedroom which we found a bit off putting and it woke my wife when I went in for an early shower.

This is an older property circa 1920’s most probably and it felt like it. There was a musty smell throughout which didn’t get any better during are stay though we kind of got used to it but it would have been better if it had been a little fresher.

Pleasant stay, but too expensive and not value for money.

Close to my work place. parking was provided opposite the property, all amenities worked fine. Shower was good.

I have to be honest and say I don't think the price I paid for this stay was of value. I expected the property to be of high standard for the cost but found it below well standard.

Comfortable, roomy stay

The property was roomy, and the bed comfortable. Despite being on a busy street, the bedroom was very quiet as it is at the back of the property.

The stairs were very narrow, we managed ok but it is something to be aware of. The stairs and some of the property we thought could have been cleaner, but overall it was pretty good.

Adequate but would not go back.

Property had all the furnishings and equipment you would expect but of really basic quality. Good size lounge and large TV.

on arrival TV would not work -aerial cable ended in bare wire. Stood on a chair to do temp repair. There was no hot water info pack said boiler was always on but eventually found boiler in bedroom cupboard switched off. Sofa in lounge was very hard and uncomfortable and weird mismatch of styles of furniture flooring and decor together with a lot of poorly finished carpentry made the overall effect rather sad.

Good bathroom shower, kitchen, huge tv and bed was comfy.

Boiler very loud. No bowl or washing up liquid to do dishes and some dirty dishes in the draws.

Overall nice stay and I liked it

It was nice clean property. The owner gave attention to the detailing and each and every need of person eg: having multiplug, mixer, iron, utensils were enough as well. I felt it like home and it was very good. The owner was responsive and very nice. I asked for hdmi cable to connect with screen and he provided that. The place is suitable for 2 person only and the bed was a bit small

Student flat not an Appartment. Okay as a base and has all you would need. Definitely needs some more investment to make

All the described facilities were there, working and available. Relatively clean, soft bed and the owner had gone above and beyond to make us welcome to the 2nd floor flat.

Felt like a student flat advertised as an apartment. Position is in a more run down terraced housing section of Lincoln 45 mins walk from the town centre. The property is a min terrace property. The house has been split into 3 separate flats accessible through the main locked front door. Stairs to the flat are very steep and old patched carpeted. Not a great first impression. Flat itself is fine. Broken glass hob not so much, and the settee is old and uncomfortable. Furnished with basic budget items that are passed their best or newly fitted to replace something that has clearly got to its end of life.

Had a lovely two nights in this apartment and would stay here again.

Excellent location with regular buses running from Lincoln bus station, plenty of space for two, also lots of extras supplied by the property owner ie, charger leads, toiletries, washing pods, tea/coffee etc.

Overall it was very good and we enjoyed our time in Lincoln.

The property was on a well serviced bus route into Lincoln. Living room got a lot of noise from the main road but the bedroom was really quiet. Comfortable bed and pillows. Good galley kitchen and very nice bathroom. Very pleasantly surprised by the biscuits, bottles of water, coffees, teas, condiments, shower gel, shampoo and air freshener supplied. A nice touch.

The stairs up to the apartment are steep and the lighting didn't come on till over half way up the staircase. Needed extreme care when taking up suitcases, etc. I was unaware when booking the apartment that it was situated on such a busy road and we would rather have been somewhere quieter.

Great for a cosy break! 🥰

Loved how cosy the apartment was, everything that we could have needed for the stay was available! Bathroom was brilliant, very clean and the shower was great! :) Bed was very comfy, I had a great nights sleep! Apartment was very warm which was brilliant!

Tap in the kitchen (hot one) wasn’t working correctly, only trickling some water out so couldn’t wash up properly, so had to leave some dishes unwashed (sorry for that!) Other than that, the apartment was perfect!

Wonderful stay in apartment with plenty of facilities

The apartment was bigger then I thought it would be from the pictures. Has everything you need, especially in the kitchen and lots of little homely touches throughout. Impressive TV with all the channels and streaming sites. The bed was super comfortable and cosy. Slept really well and peacefully both nights we were there.

The stairs leading up to the flat and landing are quite narrow and tricky to get up and down with luggage. The sofa wasn't that comfortable as it is also a fold out sofa bed.
