A beautiful retreat, great hosts and a beautiful location.
There was nothing not to like. The property was beautifully appointed and very modern. The kitchen was really well equipped. Lounge really comfortable and really good instructions on how to use everything. Hot tub was clean and secluded. Such a clean environment and was very homely. Parking safe and secluded and all within walking distance to town. Linda left freshly baked bread out for our arrival and milk in the fridge. All very welcomed. Lovely hosts. Thank you Alan and Linda.

A lovely, comfortable stay.
The property was a short walk from the town and railway station. It was modern and well maintained. It was clean and fresh. The hosts were very friendly. I can't recommend it highly enough.

Wonderful and relaxing stay, nice sunny garden.
Alan met us on the drive, he gave us a tour of the cottage and shown all the mod cons in the kitchen and living room. The location was 2 minutes away from the sea front and all the shops.
The only thing that we did not use was the canopy over the hot tub, it did not serve any purpose.

A fantastic luxury break with just a very short walk until you're in the heart of Sheringham.
It was lovely to find freshly made rolls and scones on arrival with butter, jam and clotted cream in the fridge. Also a nice bottle of bubbly to start our break. The added extras of towelling robes and slippers along with the hot tub were a real treat. Very large tv with all the gadgets if you want them with 3D films and glasses if required. Plenty of places to eat and drink nearby. The owners live next door so on hand if needed and are very welcoming.

If Heineken did holiday rentals this property would be it!
What was there not to like. The accommodation was to an exceptional standard. Its location was excellent, in a quiet location with off street parking but a stones throw from central Sheringham. Handy for NNR and buses to all parts and an easy stroll to Sheringham sea front. The hot tub and the large screen TV were great. Probably one of the best properties I’ve stayed in and most helpful owners.
We struggled a little bit with Alexa controls but that could be our age.
