Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt in diesen Apartments sehr zufrieden. Die Apartments sind zwar klein, aber sehr gemütlich und gut ausgestattet. Alles war sauber und gepflegt, insbesondere das Badezimmer war sehr sauber und völlig geruchsneutral. Die Lage ist ebenfalls sehr praktisch: Zwei Strände und das Zentrum sind gut erreichbar. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich zwei Supermärkte sowie eine Bushaltestelle. Besonders praktisch ist die direkte Busverbindung mit der Linie 40 zum Flughafen – der Bus fährt direkt zum Flughafen, sodass man kein Taxi nehmen muss und zusätzliche Taxikosten spart. Die Anlage ist ruhig und angenehm, und der Pool ist ebenfalls sehr schön. Insgesamt hat uns alles sehr gut gefallen.

Eine kleine Anmerkung: Ein Backofen wäre schön gewesen, um schnell etwas zuzubereiten oder zum Beispiel eine Pizza vom Mercadona aufzuwärmen. Das ist aber nur ein kleiner Punkt und hat unseren Aufenthalt insgesamt nicht beeinträchtigt.

Apparemment agréable, et propre, Bonne literie ventilateur agréable au dessus du lit, Super douche. Résidence surveillée le nuit le gardien n'a peur de rien.... Piscine transats et parasols neuf. Résidence propre en général.

Un nettoyage quotidien du sol extérieur de la piscine au lieu 1x par semaine serait parfait car il y a du sable et taches de sucre. Quand très bruyant par les voisins. Apparemment manque de vaisselle (saladier, fait tout adapté) table extérieur manque de plateau.

Location to town, nice quiet pool.

Could be a bit noisy in the early hours with people by the gate talking.

The apartment was reasonably good and had almost everything we needed.

1) The check-in was terrible, we had to wait at the main gate for 45 minutes before the managing company managed to open it remotely, then we spent another 10 minutes to figure it out how to open the apartment door, which had a very unusual and fragile electronic lock. It would be much better to leave all the keys at the lock box on the wall outside the development and use the regular lock on the apartment door. 2) There was no bedding for the sofa-bed, so I had to sleep on the sofa-bed without bedding. 3) Lack of manuals for the equipment in the kitchen. 4) It was cold at the end of December (at night the temperature was dropping to +13+14 outside) and there was no heating system at the apartment, so the temperature inside was also dropping to +16+18.
