Mar Holiday Home is a bright and spacious three-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment, ideal for families or groups looking for comfort, space, and a prime location in the south of Tenerife. Conveniently situated between Los Cristianosand Playa de las Américas, the apartment is just a 5-minute walk from the popular Playa de Las Vistas.
Located on the first floor of a quiet residential complex, the apartment offers two private terraces that ensure plenty of natural light throughout the day. One terrace overlooks the pool and is accessible from the living room and one bedroom. The second terrace, accessible from another bedroom, offers a more private space and is sunny in the afternoon.

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Matratzen sind nicht durchgelegen. In der Küche fehlt es an nichts. Die Zimmer sind sauber und gepflegt. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen und werden bestimmt mal wiederkommen.

Wohnung war schön und sauber.Die Vermieter sind sehr pünktlich und professionell.Supermarkt,Restaurants,Bars und Strand alles in der nähe.

Great location and very quiet complex. Would not suit a young group (noise restriction hours) or young family (pool restrictions, no inflatables etc.) but was ideal for us with our young adult children. Very good cooking facilities, all the plates, cups, glasses and pots and pans you could need. Great to have a washing machine and dishwasher plus good cleaning equipment. very handy having the basics on arrival too. Water, washing up liquid, soap and toilet roll in the bathrooms etc. Supermarket on your doorstep and beach a couple of minutes walk. Easy to park and lots of local restaurants and shops.
