De ligging is fijn. Dichtbij zee, supermarkt en het bruisende leven van Playa de las Americas en Los Cristianos. Het appartement is top, uitgerust met 2 dakterrassen. Ruime woonkamer en keuken. Douche prima. Het zwembad en complex prima onderhouden.

Bedden zijn niet zoals ik gewend ben en de ligging dichtbij de toegangswegen geeft soms wat meer geluid.

Being on the top floor, nice private balcony for sunbathing. Lots of outside space, having two balconies to choose from. Proximity to restaurants, bars & supermarket. Beach 10 minutes walk downhill. The WiFi was great and the security was excellent, it felt a very safe complex.

Neither of us slept very well due to traffic noise until the early hours of the morning, and we both found the beds extremely uncomfortable. Also the settee was uncomfortable, and there were no soft furnishings like in the pictures. No cushions on the settee or bed & only one spare pillow. If you hire a car you'll probably find it extremely difficult to find a parking space nearby. We had to park 10 minutes walk away from the complex. We didn't like the daily charge of €1.50 per day if you wanted to use the safe. Also if you wanted to keep the apartment after the 10am check out, there is a charge of €50. The hot water didn't last long when showering.
