Die zentrale Lage ist fantastisch. Kurze Wege zu Strand, Supermarkt, Restaurants und ins Getummel.
Die Seitenterrasse hätte eine Sanierung nötig.

the pool was disgusting, there was ants all over the kitchen

Well located in a quiet area, yet 10 minutes walk to Los Christianos and Las Americas. Spotlessly clean, comfy beds. Nice balcony and terraces. Aircon works really well. Plenty of space. Pool is lovely and don’t struggle for a Sunbed.
A fan in the bedrooms may be a good addition but if leave doors open, the aircon does cool the rooms down some.
