Great location, really close to the beach front and the centre of Las Americas, very quiet, clean three bedroom apartment with two en-suite rooms, met on arrival as requested, home away from home 👌👌

Blisko morza, dość przestronny apartament, dwie łazienki. Basen na dziedzińcu spory i dobrze utrzymany. Części wspólne (dziedziniec, basen - codziennie sprzątane). Pomimo bliskości centrum cicho i spokojnie. Pan dość szybko przyjechał i otworzył sejf który odmówił posłuszeństwa...
Obiekt podniszczony (przydał by się remont). Ruchome gniazdka elektryczne wypadające ze ściany, niesprawna zmywarka, sejf którego po zamknięciu dokumentów i kluczyków nie można było otworzyć, słuchawka prysznicowa - prawie nie leci z niej woda, prysznic bardzo ciasny, suszarka do włosów- nieosłonięte kable - strach używać. Przypadkowe wyposażenie (meble każdy pokój z innej bajki). Ogólnie ktoś (właściciel) bierze pieniądze a niewiele albo nic nie robi aby podnieść lub chociaż podtrzymać komfort apartamentu a niektóre naprawy nie były by kosztowne. Trzeba chować jedzenie - mrówki.
