Exclusive Penthouse Playa Las Vistas 4 close to the sea and beach, aircondition for a fee, wifi, terrace, heated pool

This is a hidden gem, if you want a quiet place to stay in between both Las Americas and Los Christianos, it's the perfect location. The apartment is easy to access, my parents have mobility issues but the lift and access were ideal for them. The balcony is the apartments highlight, large space for dining outside and enjoying slow mornings and evenings with a view of the sea and pool. Beds were very comfy. We were able to check in slightly early.

The apartment seems tired and needs some deep cleaning. The balcony floor had been cleaned, but the furniture was dusty and dirty. The oven tray is full of grease and hadn't been cleaned for a long time. There is no guest book, no recommendations of places to see, eat, shop, which is a shame. The book gives instructions on behaviour and expectations of keeping the apartment clean. But doesn't explain how to use the oven, TV, air con. The first night there was a constant beeping sound coming from the balcony, we couldn't find where it was from until the next day, some kind of sensor battery had gone, someone was meant to come out and remove but didn't show up. So we removed it ourselves. The bathrooms look good at first sight, but the towel rails were all loose, the sink in the upstairs bathroom didn't drain well, and the shower downstairs doesn't have a holder for the shower head. The bathrooms in general look tired and need a deep clean.

Lovely location and fabulous view from very large comfortable balcony . Pool area lovely and very clean.

The bathrooms need updating . Having to use coins for to use air conditioning.
