The best feature of this apartment was definitely its location on the seafront, within walking distance of restaurants, shops, and Mercadona. It is close enough to Las Américas with its bustling streets and nightlife, but not so close that you are bothered by the noise. The second-best thing we enjoyed was the large balcony overlooking the sea, equipped with a washing machine and a drying rack for clothes. The apartment does look like the photos provided. It was clean, spacious enough, and overall offered a good and comfortable stay, but there is room for a few small improvements that I think would go a long way. Free street parking is available, although it can be busy at times and finding a spot may be difficult.

The coffee machine: although I asked ahead of time what type of coffee machine they provide and they said it was a regular coffee filter, on the first day we only had some moka pots that were full of rust on the inside. (The host helped us and brought a coffee filter the next day.) I think a Nespresso machine would definitely be appreciated by guests. The TV only gets about 5 channels, and the host couldn’t help us with that, as they said no one uses it and they don’t know how it works. They expect you to tidy up the place and take out all the trash upon checkout. I read in a previous review that someone complained about the lack of a coffee table. I thought it wasn’t that big of a deal, but once you’re there it is a bit frustrating. The mattresses on the bed kept sliding apart.
