The villa far exceeded our expectations right from the beginning. The pictures, though impressive, did not do the unit justice. The arrival process went very smoothly and the parking spot was ideal for our rental car. Stella, the property manager/assistant, was incredible helpful and quickly responsive to all our questions throughout the stay. The presence of both an indoor and outdoor pool was great for our young children (6, 3 and 3 months old), and the villa's location could not have been more ideal - 2 minute walk to a supermarket, 3 minute walk to a central square with multiple restaurants, and a 20 minute walk to the waterfront/old port. The Wifi was fast and easily accessed when needed. We are big coffee drinkers and the two Nespresso machines were great and used multiple times daily. We really appreciated the binder that had been put together summarizing recommendations for restaurants, activities, and basic rules for our stay.
We were told the indoor pool's circuit for heating was malfunctioning so the temperature could not be adjusted - not a huge deal but would have been nice for it to be a few degrees warmer. Two of the shower drains malfunctioned and caused a small amount of water to leak out of the shower on the first night but they were quickly fixed the next day.
