Indoor facilities
This stylish villa wows at every corner, with five airy and well-equipped bedrooms with air conditioning, and free Wi-Fi. Four of the five bedrooms offer luxury en-suite bathrooms with either a shower or bathtub. City Moments Villa is a two-storey villa consisting of five bedrooms, three of them on the ground level and the rest of them, are situated on the lower floor. There are four ensuite bathrooms and one communal that is finished to a luxurious standard and has a walk-in shower while the bathroom benefits from the addition of a bathtub in one of them. Entering the villa on the ground level you will find a spacious open area with a fantastically-equipped kitchen which is heaven for foodies. The area is completed with a dining and a living room with a big flat-screen smart TV with satellite channels and a gas fireplace. Luxury and modern design complete the scenery of contemporary architecture and high-quality products. The neutral palette that is used here creates the perfect scenery for a serene getaway from the fast pace of life making your stay unforgettable.
On the lower level is located an indoor pool that offers the ultimate cosiness and next to the pool there is a stylish cellar with elegant details full of bottles of wine for the connoisseurs who like to enjoy their bottles chilled to the perfect temperature. Next, the dining area is located in a second kitchen with all the necessary appliances and amenities where you can prepare your meal and choose a good glass of wine. Unforgettable moments and carefree days! In the kitchen on the lower level, there is a wine cooler. They are USB ports for charging your various electronic devices easily!
Outdoor facilities
Is there a better place for you during summer vacation rather than lying by the salt water pool and having your tanning session? The back garden suits for sunset drinks and a swimming pool with a pool and a lounge area with sofas and an outdoor fireplace make the ideal spot for you to relax. Pretty close to the pool area exists a dining table for 10 guests, a BBQ, and sunbeds to enjoy the Cretan sun and breeze, little things that will impress you.
Heated Pool Policy
The indoor swimming pool can be heated free of charge from October till the end of May. Additionally, the outdoor swimming pool can be heated upon request at an extra cost from October to May by a Pool Heat Pump at about 25 - 26?C depending on weather conditions. We request 3-4 days advance notice for this facility and the cost of the heated pool can be pursued only with cash upon arrival.(Kindly be informed that the heated pool feature is not available during the summer months due to naturally high ambient temperatures.)
From 2024, as stated in article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (A 94), there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is 15EUR per night from April to October and 4EUR per night from November to March. This fee will be paid in cash upon arrival.

The Villa is beautiful. It has everything you could ever need and more. The pool area is fabulous. The location is fantastic with local supermarkets a few minutes walk away and it is only a 10 minute walk into town. We were a party of 10 and we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay and have all said we would love to go back.

The house and grounds just magnificent. This is perfect for large groups, there were 10 of us and a 18 month old. We spent 10 days there for Greek Easter.A nice market , a butcher shop and a few good restaurants right at the bottom of the hill where there's also a bus stop. The old Harbor is a 15-20 minute walk.Some days we were walking 5 to 7 miles, and a 5 euro Cab ride would wisk us old timers back home from theHarbor. The house was built for large groups! The property management team was top shelf can't say thanks enough! We will be back

We had 8, 60+ travelers, touring Greece. We stayed here 3 wonderful nights.
Stella was wonderful—enthusiastic and extremely helpful.
It’s a 15 minute walk to the waterfront with a beach. We did that every day, used the local butcher who had specialty meats right next to the supermarket regularly(3 minute walk), and took a couple longer motor excursions.
We sampled a local wine from the wine cellar which was great and a most reasonable price. The pools were great as well as the patio dining and grill area.
City Moments was one of the nicer properties I have experienced. They had a detailed, 3-ring notebook of sites, restaurants, etc. that Stella walked us through on our extensive welcome meeting.
The only thing to be aware of is that the parking spot will not accommodate a 10 person van. The last week of April there was adequate on street parking.
This property is highly recommended! Lots of fond memories.
