Ziad the receptionist was very friendly since i arrived and he picked me up when i was close he gave the choice between 2 rooms
The housekeeping lady is amazing and keeping everything extra clean and putting bokhoor and scents everywhere and its always smelling good
They put shampoo, shower jell and a spray to make the room smell good
They put 2 extra blankets, without me asking because they know maybe i would need them
The breakfast is with extra 5eur but that is okay because booking doesn't have an option for with breakfast it was really good with two types of bread, jam and cheese. Orange juice and tea
The matress is a little tough but its okay it didn't bother me

Ziad was very polite and correct. Location ok. Easy to access room. Breakfast ok.
Floor is old and looks not clean, even though it was clean. Water drainage in shower was bad. Lights very weak. Only one pellow.
