The room and shower were very clean, the place was quiet and the man at reception was very kind I stayed alone for one night and felt completely safe The location is also great and very close to everything.
Nothing really, everything was good

Second time I've stayed here. The location is the best thing. Right in the heart of the medina, yet very peaceful. I had one of their 'simple' rooms on the roof which is great because you have direct access to the fabulous roof terrace.
The shower needs fixing.

Very nice and clean room, friendly staff, great location!

The location was good and convenient. The room was acceptable, and the area was easy to access.
The staff's behaviour, especially at the reception, was very rude and unprofessional. When my flight was delayed due to bad weather and landed in Fez instead of Rabat, I informed the hotel that I would arrive late and asked for instructions regarding check-in and room access. Unfortunately, no one answered my calls, and WhatsApp messages were ignored for hours. Because of the lack of communication, I was forced to arrange another hotel for the night at a very high cost. I have attached screenshots as proof of the unanswered messages.
