Very caring host, thank you. Comfortable room, nicely decorated common areas, and the opportunity to eat on the roof in the shade of a palm tree (or in the sun). The hot water is really comfortable, all the toiletries are available and plentiful.
It was a bit noisy at night, but I have to admit that it wasn't as bad as other locations in the medina.
