Very centrally located property, easy to get to android travelling. Set in a quiet street off a busy main road, the property is accessible through a flight of stairs to the second floor. It is simplification furnished with a new kitchen,sitting and dining areas and 2 bedrooms,one air conditioned and one with a ceiling fan. Never met the owner personally but communication was constant,easy and immediate,

It was really spacious and the price was unbeatable. The accommodation was very clean and the owner was really nice. There are convenience stores nearby as well as a good selection of restaurants and there’s always a uber nearby.
No hairdryer and the kitchen lacks a few necessities.

No hot water in bathrooms for shower or baths. Hot Water pressure?
Gas stove did not function properly
