This property was a wonderful stay. I loved that I could walk to the Hal Qim Temples and other amazing cliff viewpoints and Mary Magdalene Chapel. The seaside restaurants were delicious. The neighborhood is away from the cruise ship tourists area so it was peaceful. The apartment had everything you need a little kitchen, comfortable bed and wonderful, hot water.

We had very good communication with the host prior to our arrival, both in advance and on the day. She was very friendly and answered many questions that I had. The apartment had nice views over fields, with a very large roof balcony for sitting out on. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen had a very large fridge freezer. The location was very suitable for sightseeing, hiking and generally exploring this part of Malta - so long as you enjoy a laid-back environment (as we do).

Although the apartment was clean, it was a bit run down and would benefit from some refurbishment. The water supply was a bit erratic, but not a fundamental problem. It would have been helpful to have had a microwave and there was a lack of kitchen knives. However, when we requested a bread knife, the host immediately supplied us with one. Grocery shopping - especially at weekends - required advance planning (fortunately we were aware of that) and restaurants in the vicinity were limited, with the main one closed on Monday and Tuesday evenings - again requiring plenty of planning.
