It's in a nice quiet street yet close to grocery stores, restaurants and bus stops. It felt very safe and secure. Very well equipped for self catering - I brought along a tin opener but didn't use it as there was one there. Edmund, the host, met us on arrival and made it simple to check out.
There was nothing to dislike in all honesty. A dish rack for draining plates, cups and saucepans would be very helpful. The studio is so well equipped that we were surprised there wasn't one!.

Spacious and clean. It was so hot in the summer but the AC was fully working and a life-saver. The host (Edmund) was also very friendly and hospital and showed a lot of initiative in showing you places of interest. Location is really good too because you are near lively venues + the beach + the main bus stop.
