Daffodil Apartment

Spacious, plenty of room for multiple people, fairly quite, most things were a short walk away, two toilets.

Prepaid air conditioning. This was a major let down and surprise. I had to withdraw 20 euro from a cash point then get the correct change 1 or 2 euro which is what the meter accepts. Just something you really need to go out your way to do. Perhaps it should be pre-topped up. AC remote in on of the bedrooms need batteries replaced. Large cash deposit on arrival is inconvenient as well if you’re trying to stay cashless.

Mooi groot appartement, lekker balkonnetje, goed uitgeruste keuken.

Gordijn in de middelste slaapkamer verduistert niet heel goed. Geen koffiezetapparaat, maar cowboy koffie of instant koffie werkt ook prima.

For our purposes the apartment was ideally located. Restaurants and cafes very close, catering for every taste. The bonus was a bus terminus, 10 minutes walk away and very well served by very affordable buses (well done Malta). Going anywhere was easy. The apartment itself is on the first floor - the building itself is very clean and first impressions of the apartment was that it is spotless and well looked after. Cooking facilities if you choose to do it yourself (as we did twice) are more than adequate. 2 toilets - a bonus for families. Beds are a personal thing, for us they were superb. Both bedrooms very spacious and storage plentiful. Towels plentiful and as expected very clean. Large table for dining - or dumping your stuff. Its nice nice to have a tv - if only for an hour before bed - we are not nightlife people - so when we discovered on arrival the TV didnt work we contacted Saviour ( the owner)- what a lovely man - despite the time of year - xmas - he bent over backwards to help resolve the issue - he went out and bought a new one - his attention to us and our stay was outstanding - very flexible on arrival times and depart times. We cannot thank you enough - was good to meet your son and wife also. We personally feel our experience with apartment was more than 10 out of 10.
