Spacious 3-Bedroom Apartment in St'Pauls

It is nice apartment with enough of space 5-6 people. In a quiet, peaceful neighborhood

1. It wasn't easy to find the apartment based on the description. When it was getting dark outside, we would have liked more specific landmarks so we wouldn't waste time looking for the place to check in. The description mentioned the floor, but not the apartment number, so we stuck the key in the neighbors' door, which scared them. The boiler in the bathroom was leaking, and it was unpleasant to start every morning by drying up the puddle on the floor, as it was possible to slip and fall. The door to the balcony could not be locked from the inside. There was no electric kettle or microwave in the apartment. The cookware was of poor quality (it smelled like heated plastic when heated).

It's spacious and the location was convenient for what we needed.

It wasn't very clean when we arrived. Some pieces of furniture were shabby with drawers difficult to open and the curtain pole was barely holding. But still, they charged a deposit. We were there for 3 months and on 3 instances the place went out of cooking gas. Each time it took them several days to resolve the issue. They didn't even resolve it in the last week of our stay. Almost every time we reported a problem they had us perform checks and waited for feedback even though we explained everything right away. And again and again it was "we notified our team and will get back to you" which took several days and several reminders.
