A great find, in a super location & only a short bus trip to the centre of Corfu. Facilities fab.

I especially loved the location & the access to the beach & surrounding sights, like Mouse Island etc. The room was perfect & while I had the bed on the ground floor, it was more comfortable than I was expecting. I loved watching the planes arriving to the airport also. The breakfast was amazing as was the sushi restaurant. The outdoor setting was beautiful, but when the rain started, we moved inside. The only suggestion I would make is that the interior of the sushi restaurant wasn't very atmospheric, the lighting was quite harsh. The decor could certainly be improved. Overall we all loved this hotel & will definitely return again.

Only suggestion is to improve the interior of the sushi restaurant.

A relaxing time we needed, we lots of options to move around.

The room we had was a bungalow. Very spacious and a beautiful view of mouse island and the Ionian Sea. We could see the plans coming in too. It was actually a lovely sight and the noise wasn’t an issue at all. The breakfast was 10/10 as was the dinner. Both buffet. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The private beach is easily accessible via the funicular which starts at the pool area right down to the beach. There is all you need down there; a beach bar with food and free sun lounges for guests. The beach area is kept very clean too. We spent a few nights at Kefi Lounge as well with live music or a DJ playing until late. We also had dinner there a couple times too, great 10/10. Overall, our 6 night stay was very relaxing, very comfortable, we had all we needed there on site. We did ventured to the old town 2 times via line 2 Kanoni, right outside the gates of hotel complex. Very convenient. 100% recommend this if you’re looking at comfort, relaxation, luxury, and service.

Es war wirklich schön und wir kommen bestimmt wieder nach Korfu.

Das Frühstück war reichhaltig mit sensationeller Auswahl. Die Getränke- und Essensauswahl in den Karten reichhaltig und lecker. Der Ausblick vom Zimmer und dem Gelände aus ein absoluter Hammer! Der eigene Strandzugang via Fahrstuhl ist so sensationell, wie das Personal zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und freundlich! Der Bus für die Hop-on-Hop-off-Tour fährt direkt vor dem Hotel Richtung KorfuStadt! Wir haben die Zeit hier sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wieder buchen!

Man ist nah am Flughafen und hört natürlich die Flugzeuge. Wenn man sich darauf einlassen kann, ist es eher faszinierend als störend!

קודם כל מיקום מעולה עם הרבה חנייה. מעלית מגניבה לים לחוף פרטי ארוחת בוקר יחסית מגוונת. בתור שומרת כשרות פשוט לא אכלתי ביצים כי הכל היה עם בייקון עשינו מסאג׳ זוגי בספא של המלון והיה מעולה, הבנות היו מקסימום ונחמדות.

בשביל בנות החדר היה חשוך מידי בשביל להתאפר. המקלחת הייתה קטנה ממה שציפינו.

Nice stay for our wedding anniversary!

Lovely hotel with great views of the runway. The room was spacious, nice size balcony. Staff were friendly. Great parking too as we hired a car. Nice grounds to walk around and great access to the beach. Reception was great at anything needed, service was good.

Food here definitely wasn’t 5* worthy. We wanted to have half board but the first night we did, we did not feel it was worth €25 each, the quality wasn’t great and after paying for drinks on top it just didn’t seem worth the money, so we ended up eating out nightly where there was plenty of restaurant choices, whether that’s in the town or nearby. Also breakfast, although quite a good amount of choice, just didn’t keep hot, quite often it would be cold, like the eggs for example. It was a bit outdated to be honest, rooms need freshening up. The shower was a terrible pressure and didn’t stay in the same place, always fell loose. The levels -2 in the hotel smelt awful of damp, just needs to have a very good refurb. Toilet was right up against the wall which didn’t give you much room, just a terrible design.

I ate some salmon n rice with prawns at buffet and was unwell for rest of my stay with food poisoning .I didn't complain as what would have made a difference! Food poisoning has to do it's course I just had to drink lots and I ate very little after the week was over I was still suffering back home for a 2nd week .I've never been sick abroad ever .I realize buffets can't regulate to the required temperatures which are important to keep bacteria from occurring. Normally I'd not eat a buffet but the breakfast buffet was so good I thought id try evening meal we only ate the one night from buffet

Dissapointing

The only positives about this hotel are the breakfast, the genuine kindness of the staff, and perhaps the spacious parking area, beyond that, there’s nothing worth mentioning.

This hotel is nowhere near a 5-star standard. It may have been one back in the 80s, but today it wouldn’t deserve more than 3 stars. The pictures are heavily photoshopped and do not reflect reality. The facilities are terrible, the rooms are outdated, and the swimming pool is filled with seawater mixed with chlorine, which left my eyes burning and unable to open for nearly 20 minutes after just a brief dive. A truly disappointing experience, never again!!!

War insgesamt gut, gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis

Der Strand ist sehr schön und das Hotel hat insgesamt eine tolle Lage innerhalb der Natur. Die Poolbar hatte ausgezeichnetes Essen, wirklich lecker. Der Gemeinschaftspool mit privatem Zugang in den Suiten war wirklich toll, da lohnt sich auf der Aufpreis.

Das Hotel ist insgesamt eher alt und dementsprechend auch die Ausstattung (Möbel) und die Klimaanlage auch relativ laut.

Die Aufnahme im Hotel war schrecklich, Frau Maria war extrem grob zu uns: Sie hören nicht zu! - hat sie mir ein paar mal gesagt. :( so antwortet man den Gästen nicht, so unfreundlich darf man nicht sein!!! Sie haben uns (ich 5 Monate schwanger) von 9 Uhr bis 14:30 warten lassen und nicht ins Zimmer gebracht. Ich verstehe, dass Check-in um 15 Uhr ist, aber wenn chrck-out um 11 Uhr ist, kann man die Gäste- die im Land so früh ankommen- früher ins Zimmer schicken. So voll war das Hotel doch gar nicht. Auch das Putzen dauert nicht so lange. Bei uns gleich beim reinkommen ins Zimmer waren die Spiegel und Badewanneglas und Armaturen schmutzig, also das Hotel ist bestimmt nicht 5 Sternenhotel… im Erdgeschoss stank es extrem nach Urin und Toilette. Auch große Kakerlaken führen sich sehr wohl dort. Die Matratzen sind extrem hart und unbequem. Personal im Restaurant und am Pool sehr, sehr, sehr lieb und freundlich.

Wonderful wish we had longer

I loved the dining experiences, the room, the view, the balcony, the staff, the beech. Everyone we met had said that they had been coming to the hotel for years. One guest had said have you stayed before and I had said it was my first time at this hotel they replied by this is their 12th time. They had a teenager and an early twenties daughter and they were talking about booking for 2026. This will be our first choice stay for 2026 as well loved it..

We could have definitely benefitted with an additional shower we had a grand suite. I wasn't prepared for just having 1.5 bathrooms we needed two bathrooms for a two bedroom suite.

Quality time spent at the hotel

Large property, enough space for spend time on the bars, pool or beach. Free Towels for beach and pool, free sunbeds, good prices for food and drinks. Continental breakfast, with Prosecco 😉 We got an upgrade to a bungalow with an amazing view. The island is not so compact, can not be covered very easily, a quiet space is all you need. Five star hotel, most likely a resort. 😊😉

Le moment où nous avons quitté l'hotel .. par chance ce n'était que pour 1 nuit !

Bungalows sur jardin à éviter si vous ne voulez pas diner ou "dormir" sur la piste d'atterrissage de l'aéroport qui est devant l'hotel ! Chose difficile à mesurer au départ. A ma décharge, j'ai peut être choisi un peu vite . Bungalow mal nettoyé. Odeurs d'humidité et d'égout. impossibilité d'aérer ou de rester la fenêtre ouverte car le BRUIT incessant et effrayant des atterrissages et décollages des avions vous en empêchent. Odeurs de kérosène ... Nuit impossible. Pas de retour au mail quand j'ai demandé si les restaurants seraient encore ouverts à notre arrivée tardive et nocturne à cause du retard de l'avion. Evidemment rien n'était encore ouvert. Avons demandé à changer de chambre dans l'hôtel et pour un coté moins bruyant s'il existe.. ce qui n'a pas été possible. PDJ bcp de choix mais sans gout et sans saveurs. .

Der Strand und der Pool sind in einem wirklich top Zustand – alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Besonders cool fand ich den kleinen Lift, der direkt zum Meer führt. Das Hotel bietet allgemein einiges, und das Personal war während unseres Aufenthalts durchweg freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein echtes Highlight war für mich das Restaurant: Das Essen war hervorragend – geschmacklich wie optisch top.

Man merkt dem Hotel an, dass es nicht mehr ganz neu ist. Es hätte an einigen Stellen eine Renovierung nötig – besonders im Zimmer gab es Dinge, die repariert oder modernisiert werden sollten.

We like the hotel and its location but would not book a room with shared pool again

The location is very good, the hotel and gardens are very good. The breakfast buffet was good and had a nice selection of food

We have stayed 3 times, this year we booked a suite with shared pool and have previously stayed in a family suite and the bungalows. This year it was a little disappointing as there were only 2 sun loungers with our room and we are a family of 4. When I asked if more could be provided I was not given a solution and the next morning our loungers had been moved to a grass bank opposite the pool where we could have to walk past everyone’s private terraces to get to them and also there were not enough for the number of guests staying in the hotel. I would not pay the premium price for this type of room again as we had to use the main pool area due to lack of loungers and accessing them. There was also a dreadful smell of drains coming from our ensuite at times which could be smelled from the bedroom.

J’ai lu plusieurs commentaires avant de venir, et franchement, je pense que certaines critiques sont un peu exagérées. Je voyage souvent et j’ai l’habitude des hôtels de luxe, donc je sais à quoi m’attendre. J’ai déjà séjourné dans des hôtels 5 étoiles de très haut standing avec un service beaucoup plus personnalisé, mais il faut aussi être réaliste : pour ce séjour, j’ai payé le prix de 5 nuits ici pour ce que je paierais ailleurs pour une seule nuit. Et dans ce contexte, l’hôtel est vraiment très bien. La chambre était grande, lumineuse et propre, avec le ménage fait chaque jour. L’hôtel offre tout ce qu’il faut pour passer un séjour agréable et reposant. Oui, il y a parfois des avions (l’aéroport est proche), mais ce n’est ni constant ni insupportable – on s’y habitue vite. Si vous cherchez un endroit calme, bien situé, avec une belle vue, c’est une bonne option. Le personnel est poli, la salle du petit-déjeuner est correcte, et l’ambiance générale est agréable. Bref, je recommande, surtout en tenant compte du bon rapport qualité-prix.

5 star of 1965

Beach was decent and the staff were doing their best with the tools they had.

Unfortunately this is not what it says on the tin. I'm not sure if hotels can keep their star rating once they get it but perhaps this was 5 star in 1965 but some time has passed. We had to move room because the air-con was non existent. We probably got the room to 23 degrees. We then moved room thanks to a very nice receptionist to a newer air-con system but still the same result. The breakfast is 3 star standard if you were in Paris or London. Its fine and does the job but 5 star is laughable. You wouldn't dream of eating in the hotel for dinner. Corfu old town is absolutely stunning and 16 euro one way by the hotel transfer company. There is a 'Corfu Palace' closer to the old town which is closed atm but I'd imagine while it's closed, this hotel is flourishing and/or Corfu in general does so well with tourism that the owners may find their occupancy rate is so high even with dodgy reviews that it's not worth their while refurbishing the hotel. If that's the case, fair enough. If they were to do it up, you'd nearly just knock the thing and rebuild. That's what's needed.

Wir waren schon öfters im Holiday Palace, wenn man gerne Flughafenathmosphäre hat ein perfekter Ort. Wir hatten die Villa Bella Vista gemietet, mit eigenem Pool und sehr schöner Aussicht auf das Meer und die Mäuse Insel. Sehr freundliches Personal!

Leider ist die Einrichtung schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, in der Villa hat es „gemüffelt“ 🤨🤨 ein Facelifting für das ganze Hotel würde nicht schaden. Das Frühstück wurde uns im Restaurant La Veranda serviert, leider kein Buffet vorhanden, die Auswahl der Speisen etwas dürftig, aufgebackenes Brot (ziemlich hart)vermutlich wäre das Frühstück im grossen Speisesaal besser gewesen…. Aber auf der Terrasse hatte man einen tollen Ausblick auf‘s Meer

Deluxe bungalóban voltunk négyen. Kétszintes, nagyon nagy, kényelmes. Sajnos a repülőket nagyon hallani azon az oldalon, ahol a bungalók vannak. A medence, a tengerpart szuper. A zaj ellenére ajánlom, mert tiszta, rendezett, finom a reggeli, a vacsora. A busz a szálloda előtt áll meg, 20-25 perc az óváros. Az utolsó nap, kicsekkolás után használhattuk a medencénél és a parton is az ágyakat, napernyőt ingyen. Van csomagszoba és zuhanyzó is.

A repülők közvetlenül a szálloda mellett szállnak le. Óriási élmény, lehet sokat fényképezni, de éjjel azért zavaró.

The breakfast was the best of the stay.

We had booked a room with a plunge pool. The pool looked as if it hadn't been cleaned in days, with a skim of dirt on the top of the water. The tiles around the side are falling off, so I only venture into the pool once for all of 20 seconds... the beach was a far better option

Le personnel est très chaleureux & les chambres sont très propres. Nous avions tous les jours 1 bouteille d'eau chacune offerte par l'hôtel. La piscine est grande et chaude

Le matériel de la chambre ne fonctionnait pas toujours (exemple : bouilloire) Le bruit des avions est vraiment très fort (même si c'est très sympa de les voir décoller et atterrir)
