Upon my arrival. The toilet seat was dirty with pubic hair on the floor. I went to address this with reception and she had someone come back to clean. And when I went back up the pubic hair was still on the floor. But the toilet seat clean. Later that night I went to check the patio door before I went to sleep and it did not and could not lock. Went to the front desk addressed this and the maintenance
man came and fixed it. By then went to get a towel to take a shower the towels had some weird stainings on them. Then when I went to go take a shower the water was not draining so I had dirty water backed up into my feet while I'm cleaning myself. Went to the front desk once again to address this. The maintenance man came and "fixed" this. The issue was never solved and my whole stay the tub would not drain and water backed up onto my feet while I showered. This is HORRIBLE stay for the amount paid for the stay. NOT WORTH IT ALL. The only good thing was the location.

Food, facilities and premises (size and condition of) were all very disappointing and bore no resemblance to the official photos. It’s actually a mainstream package holiday hotel and some of the other guests were frankly embarrassing with how they spoke to staff.
The location was good and the staff excellent.

The photos are in no way representative of what the actual rooms are like. We booked the basic category of comfort. The bed was pushed up against the wall and I wouldn’t even pay *** not to stay here.
