Ideal for a short stay

Great location. Close to the shops and the Old Town.

Nowhere to hang coats. No balcony seating. Toilet seat the wrong size.

Great location, friendly staff, easy electronic access.

Loved the location and access into the property was clear in messages as we booked in after reception had closed. We asked for a late check out, which was given and when I asked how much ot would be they said it was a gift. The staff in the morning were incredibly friendly and helpful. It was such a lovely great place, we only needed a bed and shower, but imnsure we will go again.

Unfortunately there's was a couple of little things in the bathroom that were not amazing. The bathmat was very dirty, amd the drain in the bathroom was dirty, only as when I dropped the towel on it by accident, the towl picked up the grime. Because of the rain, people were sat in the lobby waiting g for the rain to stop, the corridors were very echoey. But overall we will stay again. Thanks for making our trip so easy.

It would be ok at a third of its price.

I guess the location was convenient. The Lobby is nice and the staff friendly enough

The rooms were pretty bad for the price. They are usable and clean, but at almost 100 euro is way too expensive. The shower curtain was not held properly so it was not possible to use it, making the whole bathroom wet. I attached a picture. 15 minutes before the check out time they came knocking at my door that i had to leave.

Overall sweet stay with generous and helpful hotel reception

I loved the central location of Hermes Xenon. The hotel reception was exceptionally helpful and went above and beyond to provide me with details of local attractions to visit and ways to get there. Very helpful indeed. I also found the room quite comfortable with all the necessary facilities.

I didn’t like that reception had a strict opening and closing time, so I wasn’t able to leave my luggage at reception prior to opening at 10am / check in, and I also wasn’t able to leave my luggage at the hotel past 5pm. Something very minor however something that I did find as an inconvenience.

The staff member at reception was helpful and I felt safe in the area, close to the old town.

The room was tiny, outdated, bathroom not great either, no amenities, very expensive for the value of what we got.

Good value for Corfu in summer

All as expected after reading other reviews. Basic furnishings, dated and without charm. But happened to see other section currently being prepared and it looks lovely. I'd happily book there in future.

Good location and there was water in the fridge.

Too expensive for what it they offer, but this is Corfu Town area. Bed it was too small and the room needs some revitalization. Bathroom is awful, too small the shower curtain space and poor shower.

Το ξενοδοχείο είναι πολύ αξιοπρεπές για την τιμή του (έμεινα δύο βράδια, τέλη Οκτωβρίου). Το δωμάτιο είναι άνετο και καθαρό. Επίσης, η τοποθεσία είναι εξαιρετική. Για οικονομικό ολιγοήμερο ταξίδι αποτελεί πολύ καλή επιλογή.

Localização perfeita. Tudo bem limpinho. Móveis antigos, mas bem preservados. Cama firme, nada afundada. Cobertores e lençóis com cheiro de limpeza.

Se vc busca um mínimo de luxo, nao venha. Tudo é extremamente simples e meio antigo.

Buena ubicación, a 2 cuadras de plaza Soroco (donde te deja el bus que sale del aeropuerto), habitación cómoda con balcon.

No me volvería a quedar aquí

La ubicación estuvo muy bien, a pocos minutos caminando del centro, cerca de la parada del bus que te lleva al aeropuerto. Me pareció novedoso el hecho de que utilicen un código de acceso al edificio, por lo que no dependes de la presencia o no del conserje.

Podrían mejorar en absolutamente todo. En un principio, para entrar al edificio no hay ninguna rampa, por lo que hay que subir las maletas por las escaleras y el personal tampoco se ofreció a ayudar. La puerta a nuestra habitación no cerraba completamente, no incluye desayuno, no hay una persona que esté presente en recepción para poder solucionar cualquier problema como los que hemos tenido nosotros, la limpieza es mala, cuando llegamos todo el suelo estaba encharcado y había pelos por todos lados y un fuerte olor a vinagre en la habitación que por lo menos garantizaba la limpieza del retrete. Las sábanas las tuvimos que poner nosotros mismos, ignorando el hecho de que tenían manchas y el colchón y las almohadas con pelos de otras personas. Después de utilizar el baño nos hemos dado cuenta de que salía agua sucia proveniente del retrete al suelo del baño y el desagüe que había en el cuarto de baño estaba tapado y no pasaba el agua, por lo que toda esa agua sucia se pasó a la habitación y no había nadie en recepción para ayudarnos a resolver el problema. También quería recalcar que las paredes son muy finas por lo que podíamos escuchar con total claridad como se “divertían” nuestros vecinos por la noche.

Il proprietario ci ha permesso di lasciare le nostre valige in albergo prima di fare check-in in modo tale da poter iniziare la nostra esplorazione della città. Molto apprezzato! La camera era pulita ed in ordine. Disponeva di tutto il necessario per il soggiorno. Ben oscurata da tapparelle e poco rumorosa. Super posizione a pochissimi passi da Piazza San Rocco e dal centro città.

Skuszeni dobrymi opiniami zarezerwowaliśmy ten nocleg. Co zastaliśmy: - Pokój, który lata świetności miał już za sobą, retro meble w środku - Materac wylezany, skrzypiące łóżko - Na dzień dobry nie działająca lodówka a także brak możliwości otworzenia drzwi od prysznica co pozostawia pod znakiem zapytania czyszczenie go przed naszym przyjazdem. Wszystko zostało naprawione ale niesmak pozostał - Klimatyzacja działała ale jej wydajność była watpliwa - Zamek otwierany na kod, widać było że ktoś wcześniej próbował wyważyć drzwi (uszkodzenia na futrynie) Cena zdecydowanie nie adekwatna do standardu

Corfu é incrível, as hospedagens são apenas razoavéis.

A localização é muito boa. Não me recordo se teve café da manhã, mas certamente não comi opor lá. O custo de hospedagem em corfu é bem elevado, principalmente no centro. Dito isto, o custo beneficio deste hotel é muito bom.

O Hotel é bem antigo e o chuveiro é muito ruim além de perigoso. Ele caiu durante o banho e por pouco não machucou feio o meu pé. Isso precisa ser reparado urgentemente.
