As always we enjoyed staying in the Hotel.The staff is polite and the food in the restaurant is delicious.We are happy that the air-conditioning was working and was not that hot in the room compared the the previous stay.
It is maybe the 2nd or 3rd time that we stay in that same room and the bathroom doors are neither closing good, nor are locking so we don't find this very comfortable. During this stay we had also one extra bed in the room ( not sure why since we are two adults and one child), which made the space a bit crowded and we could not have our dinner or breakfast inside the room very comfortable. We didn't mention it because we are staying only 1 night but still maybe there was some misunderstanding about the number of the children. We will definitely going to visit again but we decide to mention those coupe of things.

The room was very spacious, clean, and well equipped. The welcome gift was a very nice surprise. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The restaurant had really good food, even for gluten free travelers like myself. The breakfast was rich and had a lot of choices. The hotel has free taxi service to downtown Thessaloniki, but limited times. I feel like the hotel should add another drop of time between 3-5pm since there is a huge gap the morning and night drop off times.
The spa has only one sauna room and it gets busy with 200+ rooms. The free parking is too small for the size of the hotel. Area around the hotel is basically the ghetto.

The room was nicely designed. Breakfast was amazing.
Room was small. No air conditioning which would have been fine in winter except for some reason the room was 26 degrees inside. I have a 2 month old baby and so this was extremely hard for us all to sleep. We were told to open a window but then all we could hear were the trucks on the highway. I would have expected some sort of compensation for the poor air conditioning. At least free parking or something…
