Fix your air conditioning

The room was nicely designed. Breakfast was amazing.

Room was small. No air conditioning which would have been fine in winter except for some reason the room was 26 degrees inside. I have a 2 month old baby and so this was extremely hard for us all to sleep. We were told to open a window but then all we could hear were the trucks on the highway. I would have expected some sort of compensation for the poor air conditioning. At least free parking or something…

The hotel staff disclaimed all responsibility and, even more alarmingly, refused to contact the police or provide any form of assistance. Such conduct demonstrates a serious lack of security, accountability, and basic professional standards. This experience was entirely unacceptable and deeply disappointing

Nice overall but a bit overpriced

The room was very spacious, clean, and well equipped. The welcome gift was a very nice surprise. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The restaurant had really good food, even for gluten free travelers like myself. The breakfast was rich and had a lot of choices. The hotel has free taxi service to downtown Thessaloniki, but limited times. I feel like the hotel should add another drop of time between 3-5pm since there is a huge gap the morning and night drop off times.

The spa has only one sauna room and it gets busy with 200+ rooms. The free parking is too small for the size of the hotel. Area around the hotel is basically the ghetto.

Swimming pool closed at 3pm so unable to use during our one night stay 8 min walk from bus station down very rough, busy back road.

Excellent hotel with modern room and very clean room. Very tasty breakfast with a lot of choices. Cozy atmosphere in the whole place. Free secured parking outside. Center is around 2.5 km away, but it is possible to reach by walking.

It doesn’t fit 5 star hotel, the parking was full, it makes you feel stresed when you get out of hotel if you can find again a parking spot, the undergroud parking was full also outside.. the pool wasn’t workig (they should tell before booking if the pool is not working).. also the breakfast was :(..

Great hotel, bad location

Great hotel, a big old but still contained and great value for money.

The location is very bad. We thought it’s close to the city center but it’s not at all and the area was very disappointing. It’s “in a middle of nowhere”, not close to anything and the neighborhood is very bad and even unsafe , especially at night. We were told about it from a few locals and taxi drivers. Other than that it was great, very spacious and comfortable, service is wonderful and breakfast was lovely!

Nice

I did read the negative reviews for the hotel and was skeptical, but I really wanted the underground parking and there are not many options in Thessaloniki in that regard. The hotel turned out to be very nice, the negative reviews appeared to be just false. The room was modern, clean and spacious, the neighborhood is safe (in comparison with let's say Brussels city center), and etc. Yes this is arguably not a true 5 star, but it is worth the money for sure.

Someone from the personnel was ringing the doorbell in the morning despite the "do not disturb" notice.

Breakfast was good had a great variety. Location suited us for parking our hire car, the area outside of the hotel grounds did not match what we were staying in it was dirty and had a very unkempt feel.

Hotel was great, if the government could do more about the atheistic look in the area. We didn’t think Greece was as poor as it felt.

Congratulation to the chefs! the breakfast was delicious and plenty. The beds were comfortable but I asked for double bed and I get a twin bed room.

Dirty and tiny swimming pool. The spa from this hotel is anecceptable,The photos are either fake or full with photoshop.The Hotel manager have to check how dirty is the swimming pool. The location is bad in aloudy common neighbourhood 5 km from city Center, a 8 Euro Taxi is required every time you wanna visit the city Center.

Full marks for value and comfort

The breakfast was amazing. Such a variety of delicious goodies, ranging from breads, croissants, cheeses, fresh fruit and salads, jams and marmalades, eggs, omelletes, fresh youghurt, cereals and Greek pastries.

The area of the hotel is difficult to get to, close to the warf and industrial warehouses which made it unsafe, dirty and quite frightening to walk around.

Excellent overnight stay

This hotel is located near the bus station. The breakfast was very good. Our reasonably priced bottle of wine was accompanied by a complimentary cheese board.

It’s not in the best part of town but we chose it as it was near the bus station.

Fantastic!

I simply liked everything! The hotel is not in the middle of the city which is totally perfect because the center was too crowded which I am not fan of having during vacation. From the hotel to the city is walkable I simply walked and it took me 30mins. Perfect morning excise. The staff were all friendly and helpful which the second most important factor every time I stayed in a hotel and the first is of course the comfort which this hotel also exceed my expectations.
