Staff was so friendly and helpful, all smiling 🙂 welcome cocktail was a very nice surprise.. Room was very nice. Breakfast was great, variety of food and all delicious.

For a transit period all is ok , if may leave with uber taxi anytime when have to be in center .

Breakfast ok for a " greek 5 star hotel " . Nothing to say negative . Very clean room and hotel . Ok for services excepted the time bus for center . Parking ok . Need to have a taxi for center 6-7 EUR / but ok if look for a nice beer or ouzo . Fine wifi internet . Not more space if look for business problems in room .

Personel atitude . Was not in negative way or other issue , but all look as they are superior race and the other down . Not like this , have to be all in a frinedly mood . Sorry have not any problems , but you feel when things are not ok . Even on breakfast was same atitude .

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. Τhe staff was professional, and helpful. Check-in was smooth and quick. The room was spacious and clean and the bed was exceptionally comfortable.Everything was exactly as advertised, if not better. I had requested an early check-in in advance, and the staff was more than happy to accommodate me, which made a huge difference after a long journey.

The ordering of the room service through QR application.

It was the second visit in the same hotel, the impression was different. 1.There were many athletic teams of various ages, there was too much noise, the lobby was like a playground, early morning around 7am woke up of their screams, however it seems that nobody of the staff bothered about it. 2.During the breakfast at the huge restaurant room, there was a red ribbon separating the breakfast area which was oversighted, the table was just on the border and this became a big issue for the waitresses, making you feel like a beggar.

A very nice hotel. Super clean, comfortably furnished. Gentle, minded staff warned me for not changing my room, as it is better than i insisted. I choosed my room from booking and mentioned my stay as “pleasure”. This choice is supposed to mean that a large bed rather than two beds. I strongly should mention the breakfast. Fresh materials, a very diverse taste ranged customers would fullfill their criteria. The localisation is a little bit far from the hearth of the city but it still in the walking distance range. The building should had been a warehouse or something, as it re-done as pleaurably as much. The rooms are big and full of sun light. I totally enjoyed my stay in Thessaloniki

Excellent, very spacious room, nice and functional bathroom, extremely comfortable bed and pillows, free drink in the mini bar (cans of Pepsi and Mirinda and two bottles of water). Excellent breakfast

Small windows in the room (the whole hotel including corridors and rooms seems very dark), for the parking lot we did not find out until the end of the stay if there was a security guard or not. The card key is automatically demagnetized immediately in the morning on the day of departure, even though check out is at 12:00. The staff is a little out of sorts
