Immersed in the green Tuscan hills, 15 km from San Gimignano and Volterra, 45 km from Pisa and Livorno, less than an hour from Florence and Pistoia, just over an hour from Siena and Arezzo, is the Villa Prosperoamino. It is a 160m2 rustic style villa made up of 2 adjoining apartments. It consists of 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living rooms with sofa beds and well equipped kitchens; outside 3000 m2 of garden with barbecue.Each apartment has its own private area equipped for eating and spending time outside.
The 160m2 villa has a large kitchen equipped with all appliances (oven, dishwasher, kettle). The 4 bedrooms are furnished with care and taste, two bathrooms, two living rooms each with a very comfortable double sofa bed.
3000m2 garden with a large lawn, flowers and fruit trees: pear and fig trees.Areas equipped for eating out.The swimming pool is 9x4, 1.20 meters deep with umbrellas and deck chairs, and is for the exclusive use of the villa.
Our resort has a restaurant - THE VIEW - 1 km from the house. You can enjoy excellent dinners with local products and Tuscan specialities.
