It is a 170m2 house on 2 floors, rustic style with 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, lounge ´with double sofa bed, well equipped kitchen and dining room; outside 3000 m2 of garden with barbecue and private swimming pool.

The house of 170m2, has a large kitchen equipped with all appliances (oven, dishwasher, kettle). 5 bedrooms, furnished with care and taste, 3 bathrooms, dining room. In the large living room there are two sofa beds that can be used if necessary.

Private garden of 3000 m2 with olive and fruit trees, covered terrace equipped for eating out, private swimming pool with deck chairs, umbrellas, table and chairs. The pool measures 9x4 and is 1.20 deep.

Our resort has a restaurant - THE VIEW - 1 km from the house. You can enjoy excellent dinners with local products and Tuscan specialities.
