This property is perfect for a family of four looking for an easy weekend getaway in Atami. The apartment is clean, cosy, and has the added bonus of onsen and pool access, which made our stay extra special. While it’s not the newest property, it is very practical and worked perfectly for our family. Parking is included, and the communication and check-in process were absolutely excellent. The service was truly outstanding.

De onsen zijn erg fijn en mooi om gebruik van te maken. Als je in de avond gaat, zit je buiten en zie je de maan.
Op de gangen stinkt het en het is echt gedateerd.

ゆかが誇りっぽかった。シングルベットが硬かった。洗濯バサミがなかった。

不慮の事態で今日の今日で予約したところ、早急に案内して下さりとても有り難かったです。また設備も大変素晴らしく、宿泊の準備がなくても快適に泊まれる素敵な宿泊施設です。
ベッドも２つ＋簡易ベッドがありましたが、簡易ベッドで就寝しても凄く気持ちよく眠れました。（他ベッドで就寝していた友人は「すごくよく眠れた」と喜んでおりました）
また、洗濯機もあったのがとても助かりました。
ご家族でも友人でも本当にお勧めできる素晴らしい宿泊施設でした。有難うございました。
シャワーヘッドが劣化のせいか、固定されているゴム部分が剥がれており、水圧ですぐ外れてしまいます。
他の施設の設備は本当に素晴らしく完璧でした。
また、部屋の玄関と、リビングの中に置いてある案内の中に浴衣の貸し出し可能とありましたので、スタッフの方にお声を掛けて浴衣を借りました。返却の際も、案内の通りにフロントにて返却しましたが、スタッフの方に「部屋の中に置いておいてください」とかなり厳しめな対応をされ、そこだけは残念に思っております。（民泊の為スタッフの方の対応は妥当と受け止めております。）
案内書に対して間違った行動をしてしまっていたら大変申し訳ございません。
けれど設備は本当に素晴らしく、予約して直ぐに対応してくださったことには大変感謝しております。
