Suite with bunk beds was great, although room wasn’t super clean. Bathroom sink had layer of grime and visible debris on carpets, couch had a rip in fabric (was difficult to report this to hotel). Nice balcony with room, rooftop terrace was beautiful, onsen great! Check in was a bit limited. You need to add your passport info the day before/prior to arrival, get QR code and code for door. Then on arrival, use iPad scan QR code to talk remotely to a person to verify your id. That seemed to only be available from 3-10pm, so don’t arrive too late. Free drinks, snacks, soft serve icecream between 5-9pm (my kids loved)! Not a ton of restaurants near hotel but did have a family mart across the street.

We couldn’t check in when we talked to the first staff though the hotel on line system in the front desk despite we had filled in all our information prior our arrival. The staff also said that we shouldn’t contact him too. It took us more than 20min to deal with the first staff.
We tried to check in again by contacting another staff through the front desk system and it took me less than 2minutes to complete the whole process.
