The building is very nicely located, it wasn't difficult to get to it at all. The staff was super nice and helpful. The area is cool and retro, there are many fun things to see and do.
The bathroom was in the room but separated from the toilet, that was in a room across the hall. It's very small and difficult to get into if you have any mobility issues.

Gute Lage, schöne Einrichtung und groß genug zu zweit. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, wir haben unseren Aufenthalt genossen.

レトロな建物をリノベーションしており、穏やかな内装がよかった。スタッフの方が食事やイベント(夜市)などの情報を教えてくださり、熱海銀座を楽しむことができました。部屋に１冊本が置いてあったのも好きなポイント。渚湯も素敵でした。
ベッドが畳に布団の部屋だったので、柔らかい布団好きの自分にはやや硬かった。ロフトになっているところは好き。部屋の洗面台は小柄な女性向けの高さで、男性の洗顔にはちょっときついかも？

中心地だったので移動には便利だった。
ほとんど外出だったので部屋にはいなかったため他のホテル、旅館よりは宿泊値段はよかったです。
子供はとまれない宿だったため夜はうるさくなかった。プライベート感はありました。
お部屋にソファーがあったがバネが飛び出て使えなかった。
変えてほしい。
窓も網戸もなくカーテンのみで怖かった。
お部屋にシャワーはあったが換気がなく排水口から溢れるため衛生的に終わっていた。
トイレも部屋にはなく近くだが狭い。
泊まっていた男性が汚して後片付けしたので衛生的に無理だった。
できれば女性専用と男性用と分けてほしい。
あとは靴、同じ靴があったため間違えるといけないため鍵付き専用箱を作ってほしい。
いつもは私は旅館、ホテルに泊まるが若い子供は民泊やら街ホテル、カプセルホテル、テーマホテルなどを探してここになりましたが、いい勉強になりました。
基本的に治すとこはたくさんあり、建築と設備の仕事なので配管などは？と思う。
お値段の割には残念かな。
ビジネスホテルの方が快適です。
改善していただけると良いと思います。
